I came to the Advent Health Facility East Orlando with a kidney stone on 07/04/2022. I had my primary insurance card from my employee who provided insurance with me on admittance. I did not have my Medicare Card with me, however. I informed the registrar of this and she said no problem, just send or give us that information after you return home. I have phoned the information to them at [protected] after a very extensive time on the phone waiting for an answer. I have emailed a copy of my Medicare card information to them. I have sent a copy of my Medicare card to them via USPS. I am still receiving bills for the remaining bill for 1035.83. I sent the information immediately after receiving this bill over 2 months ago. I want my Medicare insurance applied to this remaining bill. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service. Please help.
