ADT admitted fault to causing roof leaks due to poor install. Took 6 months to get this partially repaired. Roofing company repaired and ADT came out to reinstall. Roofer came out to inspect ADTs work. They failed. Used wrong caulk which is already peeling away, left poorly sealed holes and used solar brackets with no flashing. They left an old screw hole open and we've had heavy rain since. They also broke a panel unpon re install. Roofer said this will all leak again and the electrical box looks un sealed. I've asked to get this all taken care of AGAIN over 3 weeks ago and all they have agreed to do so far is replace bad shingles.
Desired outcome: Contract approved brackets w/ proper flashing, repair solar panel & flop panels again to get to electrical box and get some compensation for the 6 months of hell they've put us through and any unseen damage from uncaulked hole.
