I needed special sunglasses and I decided to buy from the website www.adseyewear.com. I spoke with the agent, who advised me the pair of sunglasses. Also he helped me to pay and told me that my order was already marked as dispatched. After that he told me to wait couple of weeks, but after 4 weeks nothing arrived. It was big scam. The seller turned out to be thief. He took money and vanished. No updates about order or any other news. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
I placed an order back in May 2012 and was very satisfied with the care and service received. I had gotten hung up on some issues and dealt with a service member, Courtney, who was very helpful. I just lost those sunglasses (I was due for an upgrade anyway, after nearly 10 years) and will be purchasing from ADS again.
Oops, almost forgot to mention how amazed I was when I received those Oakley lenses (polarized black iridium). The clarity, contrast, and detail blew my mind - I'm headed back for more.
This is a bogus complaint. Anita Bawnghit has never made a purchase from ADS Sports Eyewear, and these events have never happened to anyone at ADS Sports Eyewear, ever. No one here has vanished. We all answer the phone everyday. That's why we have an A+ rating from the BBB, and a 4.9 out of 5 from Trust Pilot. Both of these companies verify that people are an actual customer before posting their opinion.
