My 13 year old daughter has to have a parent outside with her at the bus stop in the morning and has to have a parent supervision when playing outside (and by this I mean I can't sit on my balcony and watch her I have to be outside on the ground. Management is literally yelling at teenagers asking who is watching them.). Pool was closed all summer except for maybe two weeks.ac in gym has been broken for months. Had no hot water over Christmas (and by this I mean up to and including Christmas eve. Had company offer and could not shower or clean) and by that I mean no hot water for cooking Christmas dinner for family. No water for cleaning or bathing. Have outlet in kitchen that popped and smoked and was never fixed. We just don't use it anymore. Told I could have my dog he was even in the office a few times then was told I had to get rid of him two years later. There has to be a sheriff on property because the fire alarms don't work. My daughter has been bullied (bullied as in chased into traffic. Sexually harassed and he put his hands on my daughter) by the on site sheriff's officer son. We have all been harassed by the same sheriff officer from our first night in our place. He has banged on our floor multiple times (to the point that my next step is to go the the sheriff's office to file a complaint). Have never been able to see out of my bedroom windows. Have huge black mold in my bedroom ceiling that has been there since day one.
Desired outcome: I want my child to be allowed outside. I want to be able to keep a dog that I was told I could have two years ago. It would be nice if amenities were kept up and usable. I would like for apartments to be kept up.
