ACP review: Unauthorized enrollment in Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

I am currently receiving Lifeline thru Access Wireless. I have a separate ACP provision with Comcast. After placing a call Oct 09 2022 at 11:10am with Access Wireless to confirm my replacement cell phone parameters, I ended the call. 4 minutes later I receive text from Access that successful enrollment into ACP was made with Access Wireless. I did not request, apply or direct any questions other than cellular hardware repair/replacement parameters. The automatic enrollment could only be de-enrolled by calling Access again and double confirm my wishes that Access only receive Lifeline federal enrollment reimbursement - NOT both lifeline and ACP. The extent that Comcast de-enroll and within 60 days end my internet and its specific hardware configuration-would cause me much headache and turmoil! Access Wireless should not make service additions/changes without my knowledge! My ACP is part of my emergency communications network and I maintain that service without giving any authority to other providers, and wish this demark Access Wireless overall BBB standing as over-reaching and a reckless endangerment by changing my emergency communications!
