I hope everyone had a chance to the see DATELINE NBC tonight and watch the "Hansen Files" If you missed it, go to http://insidedateline.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2011/05/12/6630375-may-15-the-hansen-files?threadId=3126717&commentId=54204428#c54204428 Chris Hansen exposed unethical / criminal business practices and "Ace Air" was one of the perpetrators. I hope this prompts more people to come forward and speak out against unethical companies such as "Ace Air"

No actual customers have come forward? What about the yelp review in which the customer was told he needed a new AC unit for over $5, 000, but got another company to come out which just added coolant and got the system working fine. (FYI, "Cool Ace Air" does business under the trade name "Ace Air".) Other AC repair companies in Phoenix have a small handful of complaints (I looked at several that were not BBB members, most had no complaints, another one had 1 complaint). Cool Ace Air had over 80 complaints.

It sounds likely that Hansen's story will save hundreds of hard-working middle class families from getting ripped off for thousands of dollars each. I'm so sad that one hard-working scammer will have difficulty finding more victims.

Interesting that no actual customers have come forward to complain. Kinda doesn't jive with NBC's picture don't ya think? Buyer beware and that goes for you all consuming a neatly packaged news piece. In case you didn't know, their expert is also these guys' competitor. He got a great hour long commercial for himself and dinged his competition nicely. More than that he hurt a lot of middle class families just trying to get by being handy men in a cruddy economy.
