In March, I ordered two bras from Shapermint. They were a long time in coming, and by the time they came, I was in need of back surgery and didn't try them on. I was unable to do that for months; when I finally did, I found them the wrong size. I wrote to Shapermint to ask if they would waive the 60-day return period and allow me to exchange the bras. I received a reply from accintrend.com, obviously not from the US. I have now had multiple exchanges with them, including two screenshots of the order confirmation from Shapermint. They refuse to do anything at all and say that I didn't order from them. If this isn't a scam, it's terrible customer service!
Desired outcome: I would like Shapermint to accept the return and exchange the bras or give me a refund.
