On June 7, 2022 I ordered a Sony lens which Abe's was the only dealer I found that had it in stock. They charged a premium over the regular price because of short supply and I agreed. They explained and even wrote in red on the order that this was an adult signature required because of the high value (+$3000). It was shipped it regular with "Signature Release On File". Fed Ex claimed they left on the sidewalk and nobody has ever seen it. Abes said they would put a trace on it. After weeks of waiting, I contacted them and was told by Customer service manager Lisa that I should file a police report which I did and sent to her.
I took advantage of interest free financing with Synchrony Bank and after a month I opened a dispute with them. I have since done this 3 times and Synchrony is refusing to asist. So I am now paying for something that should have been covered by insurance. I am filing a complaint with the State Attorney and letting everyone know that this company is unethical and a rip off! I just found an NBC News special on online scams and Abes is featured! https://www.nbcnews.com/technology/how-avoid-online-hdtv-shopping-scams-742267
Desired outcome: Refund my money
