This all began November 2021, when I was approached by Tamu Lawrence aka Tam Lawrence to be my PR person who could get me sponsored speaking engagements as well as a cooking & nutrition television show that would be aired on her networks.

The Press/Media Cover form states:

"Aart & Kingsley Agency - the #1 public relations and media firm in the country for brands that realize that without exposure, they would be invisible. The Aart & Kingsley agency powers Exposure Network TV, Exposure Magazine, Exposure Podcast Community, and Keynote Magazine. We currently have over 804,909 app downloads, Exposure Magazine has over 87,421 subscribers, and our online article shares have exceeded 79K. Furthermore, Exposure Podcast Community receives over1000 downloads a week. The podcast community is comprised of top experts and influencers who provide our audience with relevant, educational, and inspirational content every day. To learn more about our programming please visit https://www.exposuretvnetwork.com"

The first speaking engagement was for Northwestern Mutual, airing 1/13-14/2022. The next one was for Nationwide "Leading the Way" which cost $1,000 to participate not including her monthly fee. Following this was the PowHer event March 8, 2022. Another Nationwide Insurance Stage on March 26, 2022 which included another speaker's fee in addition to my monthly recurring fee.

Then there were additional trips to: Atlanta, Seattle, Milwaukee to tape reels to have Aart & Kingsley llc/Tam Lawrence present to sponsors for the TV show.

As of the penning of this complaint there have been no sponsors and no money received as promised.

In September I started asking questions and then by October I was blocked from all media outlets that I was paying for in order to move forward with the television show that was promised.

I sent an email on November 6, 2022 accepting her resignation based on her breach of contract by removing all my content from the network and still charging me for services not being rendered.

Now I find out that I am one of MANY who have been deceived with lies, false promises, services not being rendered, defamation, slander, and threats. In addition I found out that the 440 million households in 128 countries that she say distribution goes is completely a lie.

Knowing what has been imposed on me financially, psychologically, emotionally and physically, I do not want this to happen to anyone else so I urge you to use whatever means available to you legally to stop this predator.

Wow! I never knew Vega had published such lies and deceitful content. Understandably, she would be upset that I ended our friendship or association. In the end, I believe it was the best decision for me. I wish Vega the best of luck and hope that she receives the same level of success and recognition she seeks. Wow, Vega, I once called you a friend, but you unexpectedly you held a heart filled with deceit. It’s unfortunate that you hurt people, but I forgive you.

This Minute Matters: The Test After the Help

The Messiness has a Way of Healing the Bridge by Exposing the Truth of the Matter. (watch video) https://youtu.be/u8uXq4C9XYc?si=Mq2N6GCu9xhtBKn7

“Sometimes, the test isn’t how people treat you when you’re helping them, it’s how you respond when they try to hurt you afterward.”

There’s a different kind of heartbreak that hits when the knife comes from a familiar hand.
You pour out your time, your talent, your money, and your spirit to see someone win and then one day, you find out they’ve used your kindness as a weapon against you.

At first, it stings. You replay every conversation, every act of generosity, every sacrifice you made trying to understand how something so pure got twisted into accusation.
But here’s the truth: the test didn’t happen when you were helping it started when they tried to hurt you.

Because grace doesn’t show up in good times; it shows up when you’re being lied on, misjudged, or misunderstood.

And right there, in that moment, you have two choices:
You can waste energy proving yourself to the wrong audience, or you can keep building in silence and let time reveal what character already knows.

I’ve learned the hard way your work, your consistency, and your peace will say what your words can’t.

You don’t need to clap back. You don’t need to explain your heart to people committed to misunderstanding it.
Your elevation is the loudest apology you’ll never have to give.

Let them talk.
Let them twist.
Let them post.

But you? Keep producing. Keep showing up. Keep standing in your truth.

Because truth has endurance. Lies need life support.

So when you’re faced with betrayal, remember this not every loss is a setback; sometimes, it’s a divine detox.

Your assignment didn’t end with their exit.
Your calling didn’t expire because they got bitter.
Your value wasn’t canceled by their version of events.

Keep moving, with grace and grit.
That’s how you pass the test after the help.

💭 Reflection Prompt:
When was the last time you were tested after helping someone?

What did that moment teach you about your own boundaries and your belief in yourself?

I learned valuable lessons from my experience with Charmene Vega, particularly from the day I regrettably allowed her into my life. She is a scorned woman, a victim of a sad divorce, who seeks to endlessly hurt others. While it is true that hurt people hurt people, and she attempted to hurt me, I genuinely wish her the best.

Chew on This,

Tam Lawrence
