This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

For months after breaking my right (dominant) wrist on February 19, 2021, AARP United Health Care Quest Diagnostics hounded me incessantly about sending out a tech to my home to give an osteoporosis test.

After scheduling the test for Saturday, July 13, 2021, at 2:30 PM, the male tech showed up 3 hours early, at 11:30 AM on the dot, cavalierly telling me that I was the last customer on his schedule and he wanted to go hiking once more in Colorado Springs before returning home to Vegas.

He had no idea how offensive and disrespectful his total disregard for me or my time was, even saying "you wouldn't want me to wait in my car for 3 hours, would you?"

To date, neither I nor my physician has received the results of the test, although he mumbled something about my MD receiving the report in 30 days.

At the end of October, I called Quest to complain and inquire and was left holding on the phone for 45 minutes. I took another important medical call and was disconnected.

The level of disrespect and incompetency is stunning, and no one seems to care.
