Aachen Dutch Shepherd review: Puppy shipped but not as advertised

We got our puppy at the end of May, and were promised papers and records with him when he was shipped.

Instead, he arrived with giardia and no paperwork of any kind beyond the vet certificate that he'd been looked at. Puppy was underweight, gaining 50% of his body weight in the first few days EVEN with constant diarrhea from giardia! He was incredibly fearful, lacking in confidence, and clearly not socialized.

It is now late August, and no pedigree, no registration, despite regular assurances we'd receive both. We're not even looking for breeding rights! Just the paperwork promised when purchasing him.

With a ton of work, he is shaping up to be a decent dog, but he is not the outgoing, bold dutch shepherd we were expecting. We had to start all vaccinations from round 1 as we could not trust that he'd genuinely been vaccinated.
