Stay Far away from Mark Story [protected] who owns a Worldmark Anaheim (he calls it 5 Star Resort Vacations) TIMESHARE that he represents as a HOTEL room. He lies, he overcharges, submits reservations to the timeshare 4 months after the reservation is made so you get the worst room. There is no maid service, and lacks other hotel services you would expect with a high price like this at Disneyland, and with the high prices $190-250 per night it is reasonable to expect you bed to be made every day...NOT, you have to go down to the main desk to get towels. The worst part is when making the reservation this creep makes it sound like he works there and he doesn't although his email says he is "staff"...more lies. If you are looking for a place to stay while in Anaheim run very far away from this website 5Star Resort Vacations.com/Anaheim.html or you will get the shaft like I have. It is only a week before I was to leave when I got an email from Wyndam with the reservations document saying "oh in case you don't know we are a time share and we are not like a hotel" YOu will be asked to sit through a 90 minute BS sales schpeal...Tell anyone you know to stay away from this Storey liar! I am going to get my credit card company to block some of the charges or part of them for the unethical treatments and the deceptive trade practice. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce and tell everyone I know about this guy. Wyndam won't do a thing about it so be wary of them as well~

I beg to differ with Mr. "Disgruntled Customer". I have used 5 Star Resort Vacations for two trips now. One to San Diego and the other to West Yellowstone. I t has been a great experience for me and my family. Mr. Storey was very kind and accommodating to us. He obviously works for the company because he made our reservations and everything worked out fine. I can't find anywhere on their website or in the information sent to me that represents these accommodations as HOTEL rooms. It is more than obvious that you are paying for and getting a timeshare condo which I (and many other people) prefer to a hotel room. I don't like having someone in my room everyday just to make my bed. The reason you pay a little more is because you get a condo with two bedrooms, a full kitchen and much more than a small hotel room. If you want a hotel room you can easily get a cramped room with a wet bar and pay almost as much if not more. Yes, I did get asked to sit through a timeshare presentation, but a simple "no thank you" was all it took. It is obviously hard to please everyone (like Mr. Disgruntled Customer), but I plan on using 5 Star Resort Vacations again next year and plan on going to the Anaheim resort as I have heard so many good things about it. Don't let one disgruntled customer scare you away. My experience with 5 Star Resort Vacations has been nothing but wonderful!
