This company provides online telephone directories for numerous countries worldwide. My personal information is in their systems in Canada, it's publicly accessible, the listing is incorrect, it's an infringement of my privacy, I want it removed. They are located in Germany. On November 28, 2016 I requested 411Numbers to remove my personal information from their systems in Canada at https:// https://411numbers-canada.com.
They replied promptly indicating the data is removed but it is not removed. I asked again to have the data removed, they ignored me for 6 weeks or so, I asked again on Jan . Then they finally responded and asked me for more information which I provided. They replied saying my listing is removed but it is not removed. They asked for the same information that I already provided numerous times. At one point they responded with “Sorry, we cannot do anything about it if this happens for this is not our scope anymore”. But my data is still in their system. I asked them to explain why it is not in their scope and have not received a reply. It's been almost 3 months now the data is still not removed.
They informed me at least 3 times that the data is removed, most recently actually today Feb 10, 2017 I received an email indicating it is removed. But it is not removed. Part of the reason I want the data removed is the listing shows my name and my wife's name at my current address and phone number but my wife and I are separated / divorced she has not lived at my address or had my phone number for than 18 months now.

I just want my information removed from 411numbers since they shouldn't have had it and posted it online.
I just found my info on 411california.us in my area and it never showed up here before since I do checks on my info every few months to see and remove. But this site want me to freakin send a filled out form of theirs with not only my original info but with it singed. I don't want these people have my info and my signature to top it off. To me somethings up with this webiste since on the data removal page there's a last comment that says:
"If you would like to have your information removed from public display, it's only up to you."
And I don't like how it says that, It should have a simple online removal like other sites I had to remove my info from(which they shouldn't have had it in the first place) with no form to sign just fill out the info already on their site and hit a remove button. But as I mentioned 411numbers you need to download, print and fill out form with exact web address your data is at(and other info they already have) and you sign it, scan it, then send them the form though the email which is BS.
I bet once they have that filled and signed form they'll do something else with it or ask you to pay to have your data removed, and I'm paranoid of giving my info to places I don't use, I don't want no one stealing my identity because it's a pain to have to deal with straightening out the kind of stuff that identity theft brings to you.
I say whoever s reading the this post is to check your info online and if you see it on 411numberes we need to as a whole try and rid this site somehow .
