Our company was requited to conduct a marketing campaign for 401K Protection Agency is Florida. Between training and the actual calling we spend a total of 5 weeks. Now the same people that recruited us have gone into hiding and are not paying the bills. Our company Global International did sign an agreement with a Representative of 401K back in September 2009. The script that was sent to us was from the representative of 401K. We conducted 3 weeks of training with the representative. Only after we set the appointments (two weeks thereafter) did the representative informed us that the script changes and therefor we would not get paid.
It is now January and even one phone call or e-mail telling us what and when we will get paid.
You still call this rubbish?

Watch out for anyone who promises a 401K and never assume like my uncle did.
Any promise of a 401K plan would normally be followed by extensive interviews, a visit to the company office and a lengthy phone call. If this isn't happening its clearly a scam.
401Ks are not offered by overseas hotels or rent-a-cars in a foreign country. 99.9% of these 401K plans that are being offered, very likely may be a 411 Nigerian scam. Don't trust these services.
Call the phone number, investigate the company and make sure to speak to your Financial Advisor before ever providing any personal details to a firm. This is my main advice and I stick to it, since elaborate 401K plans do not pop out of thin air.
