We stayed June 12 and 13 as guests of Patty VAVREK. Both my husband and myself received what I have researched are bed bug bites. So disappointed. Please have your staff check room 1334. These are horrible bites. I know this can be a problem but we have never experienced a bug problem before. I just hope we did not bring these pests home with us. Please take care of this situation for future guests.
Desired outcome: I would like assurance you are correcting the problem so no one else suffers in the future.
