This company over promises on a Job opportunity, making it sound like hourly income. After the job interview they have you come to the sales meeting. The sales meeting is a bunch of hype. This hyper Sales director by the name of JASON COX, really hypes the team up and is never direct about how and when people get paid. They promise you will make thousands of dollars, and get you really excited. The job is straight commission, and they mislead people to get them into the door. They make you fill out "goal sheets, and make a "commitment to yourself." Upon my exit, Jason Cox held the frilly commitment against me and really tried to butcher me up for wanting to leave. He got all emotional because he has to explain to his boss why 5 out of 5 people quit after the first day on the job. They mislead, mistreat, and abuse your time. They have sales people who go door to door for campaigns such as Verizon and Office Max. The office max campaign is business to business. So your a yuppie going around town begging. Thats not a good business to be in, you burn yourself out, and LOSE money on driving around everywhere. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE INTERVIEWS, OR IF YOU ALREADY WENT AND PLAN ON SHOWING UP ON MONDAY, DONT. YOU WILL BE SITTING HERE ON COMPLAINTSBOARD.COM WRITING THIS SAME COMPLAINT 5 DAYS LATER. The other website this company has is:

This is company hype and all these specious arguments are just that specious. If a company can't be upfront about what they are offering, then you do not need to investigate that company. I own a professional telesales company and we never blow smoke - each job has it's own structure and pay which we post upfront before asking anyone to submit resumes. We never conduct "psyche" meetings because we don't have to sell who we are or what you are doing - we offer real jobs. If your resume fits you will be called for an interview. We select you - we don;t sell you! These responders in here are company hacks trying to make Kennedy look bad. It;s a shady business and you don't need to waste your time. BTW - you can get a small hourly allowance against great commissions we do it all the time and our average salesperson earns between 65-80K a year.

I had a interview appointment on a Monday at 10am/ I was there at least 15 minutes esarlier. At 10am a MRE Akeman never showed up, approximately 20 minutes later a african american woman swhowed up, but instead of walking over to me told the receptionist as soon as she got settled from coming in/ she would talk to me. Twenty minutes later I was still waiting, at that point in time I walked out. Got home sent them a email about my disgust /taking my time to come for a interview then not be seen at a decent interview time/plus never to this posting have never gotten a respond back to my email. Sounds like a very dis-honest company.

I went for an interview today after being promised an administrative job. First I was told that my interview was at 10:30, when I got there I had to wait for about 10 other people to come and they just pitched us as if they were trying to sell their company to us. They then told us all that it was for a sales position. One person asked if they get reimbursed for gas because of all the driving around, and the rep said yes.. it took another person in the room to ask if they pay for gas or if we have to write it off on our taxes for him to say we write it off on our taxes. Also they said that we could make all the money, but we had to ask before they told us it was 100% commission. I think that this is a very deceitful company, they say and do anything just to get you through the door.

It doesn't mean that you don't work as hard just because you'd prefer an hourly base salary. Everyone isn't cut out for sales, and most people who are have very aggressive type personalities and wouldn't mind stepping on someone to get the commission they want. In today's economy it would be almost silly to take a commission only job, because most people are not making enough to even purchase as many of the things as they were able to before. If your drive is to make commission only then that's your choice, but don't look down on those who rather not try to depend on it as a source of income for thier lives. As a matter of fact the less employees there are in the commission base field the more you can make, so be grateful there are less people trying to get your money.

I agree with PETER. Look, if you're lazy and have a terrible work ethic, then DON'T work for 20/20. Find an hourly job that will pay you the same rate as every other mediocre human being and HOPE you don't get fired because of downsizing (or because you're lazy and have a terrible work ethic). If you're a negative person, trolling complaint boards, DON'T work for 20/20. All you will do is find the flaws with the job (NO, believe it or not, the company is NOT perfect!) and never see past your own ignorance to realize the opportunity offered. I work on 100% commission knocking doors, and I make MORE MONEY than I've made at ANY other job in my LIFE. I've learned to manage my time better than anyone else I know. I've been with the company less than a year, I already manage a team of successful reps, and I make $1600+ a week. HOW DO I DO IT? I work HARD, and I DON'T make excuses. Excuses don't make me money.

Fkennedy, All I have to say is that you sound like a little ###! I worked for 2020 and I did make $2000+ a week with that company. You 're one of those pathetic losers that depends on an hourly job because you have no confidence in yourself. They really help you reach your goals and determine where you want to be in life. I guess that 's something that you know you will never accomplish, that's why the thought of you being greater than you already are was an impossibility in your mind hence the ###. I piss on your hourly job and your pitiful life! I'm rich ### and I knock doors!
