Hi All,
As a part of the referral scheme 1touch solutions Religare had declared gifts like Home theater and lap tops on referring 15 people for the scheme offer of 'a vacation trip to any where in this world in there resorts in just Rs 7000/- only.'
I did refer all my friends and relatives for this scheme. Now I need to know the number of people that I had referred and wish to redeem my gift. For this I repeatedly tried to contact the call center but the number is busy most of the time. Its been 2 months and I did manage to talk to the call center person 4 times but till now we haven't received any response from the company.

We are in a big trouble as we have also bought this travel scheme and now these guys dont seem to be responding. Am totally freeked by the service and behavior.

Its been almost 6 months since I am trying to follow up with these guys for my gift but still all what I got is fake promises. I get calls from their executives and all they say is they shall get back to us in 7 WORKING DAYS. But they never get back.
Moreover since I myself have bought the scheme and paid 7000/- I also sent my booking request to these guys. But for that as well I haven't received any response.
Religare and 1touch just seem to be fooling people by this scheme. The call center numbers that they have provided are useless and never available.
I am not sure if I shall ever get a response from these guys.

We have done repeated follow ups with the Religare team as well as the 1touch solutions but have not heard any correct response. The religare peopl seem to be trying to slip from the scheme now. Its seems their tie up with the 1touch solution is no more valid and hence they are making us suffer for the voucher we purchased.
On repeated calling at the call center number there is just 1 response we are getting i.e to wait for 24 to 48 hrs.
We shall be filing an FIR against Religare in some days. We have got the list of all the people whom we spoke to and the person who was in touch with us for this scheme.
This is a total fruad and fake. I would not trust religare for any other schemes ever due to this worst tie-up experience.
