Our company has purchased thousand’s of dollars of what was suppose to be 100% Virgin Indian Remy hair from Eagle Imnex, since the grand opening of our retail location we have been reimbursing customers monies back for hair that KNOTS UP while washing and conditioning this garbage (BULK HAIR and WEFTED HAIR), LICE EGGS, EXCESSIVE SHEDDING and EXCESSIVE GREY HAIR. Our reputation has suffered along with financial losses, when we contacted the sales person P. Anitha about the GREY hair issue she became very nasty and insisted that I was lying even though I told her I could provide pictures, I was then told that the GREY HAIR for that length was acceptable (for who!). When I told her to please reimburse our money she said would not until I sent the merchandise back (like I would trust this company!). We absorbed the GREY HAIR ISSUE because we were not going to trust that this company would reimburse our money after receiving the hair, but now that business has picked up and our customer’s keep coming back with the same issue and we keep reimbursing their money I can no longer tolerate this.

We have contacted this company about this but to date they have ignored us, we will seek every Avenue available to us under International and commerce law’s to recover our money while warning everyone not to deal with these people and will not stop until our company is made whole!

My Name is Tarik Wilson President of STS Global Group, recently our company and Eagle Imnex (Mr. ESP Murali) have been engaged in a dispute over products that we were unsatisfied with. i recently bought hair from this company. Lets just say if you feel like taking your money and putting it in the trash feel free to buy hair from this company. I have never encountered such poor hair quality in my life. I have bought way better hair from china on ali express with less than half the price. i was actually referred by a friend to this company, not only did they sell me awful hair. When i made a complaint, they stated "oh that hair is usually not great that is why we do no recommend". Well you never told me that before you hurriedly requested that i sent you the money without taking the time to explain to me what i was getting. You are better off buying synthetic hair than buying hair from this company. NEVER AGAIN! I will not even allow my enemy to purchase hair from them. My loss !

I agree with the customer. I would be angry to if I paid all that money to find the product less then what it was suppose to be. And for Annex to act like its no big deal just becuase they are from India is very disturbing. It would make me not want to do business with them. He need to understand that just becuase he was featured in a movie dont mean he can sell bad product and charge extra especially for shipping. I have found myself that he is charging more dor shipping than anyone else in India. I dont its leaving a bad taste in my mouth and making me want to go else where with my business. Thats way to much money to spend with a company who has bad attitude after taking your money and sending out bad product. And to act like we owe them something.. I will hi else where..

Mr. Es. P Murali and Eagle Imnex;

First let’s address the photo’s on our site; these photo’s are stock photo’s of Indian hair used by you, your competitor’s and many other companies that have web site’s featuring Indian hair (where is the watermark or licensing right’s stating that these are exclusively your companies).

Second; when your office was contacted in regards to this matter we were told that in 30 year’s your company has never received 1 complaint but the fact of the matter is that within minutes of searching your companies name I was able to pull up many (who’s lying).

Third; your customer service rep (Swetha, if that is in fact her real name) gave us a name and number to contact and every time we called it the recording stated this number was “switched off”.

Forth; I see that you never addressed the fact that I sent you photo’s of very badly tangled hair returned from a customer (oh, I’m sorry your hair is tangle free), and if you like I will send you photo’s of a customer’s hair that had excessive shedding and tangling when it is removed on Wed. (oh, I’m sorry your hair is shed free).

Fifth; I notice you never addressed the fact that the other complainant’s had the same or similar problems with the hair they purchased from you! But then again you never had any complaints in 30 years!

Sixth; at what point did anyone address the living standards of people living in India ? Most people of India are hard working and just trying to make a decent living the same as any where in the world! My apologies for not having my Grandfather build and leave me a business but actually working to take nothing and build something!

Seventh; When we initially contacted Eagle Imnex about the excessive amount of grey hair and were told after going back and forth with your customer service rep (P. Anitha, if that is her name) to mail the hair back, the hair was packed up and taken down to FedEx where we were told over and over that that account was no longer valid!

A lot of your ranting is nothing more than smoke trying to detract from the real issue’s of your poor customer service and product that has been problematic and costly, maybe you have grown so big that you don’t have a handle on what your people are doing (hire better QC and customer service personnel). And if this whole situation had been handled in a more professional manner we would not be at this point today. Here is an analogy for you to ponder; if you purchased a motorcycle during the winter and wasn’t able to ride it until the spring so you put it up, when the spring came months later you go to start it up and the motor blew but when you go to take the motorcycle back you were told you were a liar and then given the run around, what would you do, how would you feel and would you buy from that company again? You see it doesn’t matter how much money you can amass or where you live or how big you think you are, what matter’s the most in business is a quality product and excellent customer service. Every customer that has come back I have refunded their money and even paid to have the salon redo their hair (without question) and even though they received a defective product they are still referring us because of our customer service!

When forming any relationship whether personal or business the relationship is built on trust and when that trust is breeched you then have distrust, we trusted in your company enough to order from you (when we could have ordered from anyone) and sell your product and when we said we had a problem with your product we were treated as if we were liar’s. You expected a certain amount of money for your product and I expected a certain product for my money, you got your money and we didn’t get the product expected.

About Us:
We are doing this human hair export since 1994 having enough regular satisfied customers doing good business with us. Now-a-days the human hair sale is very high and the availability is low. We like to inform you every day 50 to 100 (approx) buyers from different part of world coming to India to buy hair, visiting many companies buying the hair by checking personally.
People living abroad think that we exporter or the processors get the hair for free of cost in India. The truth is, we exporters have to invest millions of dollars to get this human hair in auction and paid to local suppliers in advance. I hope that this clearly indicates that we do lead a better off life with heavy fortunes and we are not those who fight for their daily bread. Please I request all human hair importers/ customers have this in your mind .These facts known to the person who visits directly to our Indian exporter’s offices and factories in India. Our company sales itself is more than 5000 kilos per month both hair extensions and bulk hair through export and to the walk in customers from different part of world.
If the customers did have any disputes with the quality or any other problems in the hair or in the size, our company provides immediate replacements/refunds.
Demand for Indian Hair:
Now a day’s it is getting popular to use the hair extensions by Indian ladies too. In a few months demand shall be more. Just imagine India’s population and the Indian economy is now very strong and here the Indian women can afford to spend more money.
Chris Rock’s Movie:
Mr. Chris Rock is an actor; he approached us to be a part of a documentary about hair. We were referred through one of our customers in US. The film, if watched and understood in complete sense would clearly indicate that in no way did Mr. Chris recommend us/ make propaganda for our firm. It is senseless to use his name. There are about more than 150 human hair exporters in India, they are not doing exports by using any celebrity to export their products. This human hair product is not buyers market to make ads with celebrity to buy our products. Kindly know this human hair is seller market.
Customer Care Contact:
Regarding not picking up telephone:
In this regards our customer care shall respond only at OUR OFFICE WORKING TIME: 10.00 HRS TO 18.00 HRS INDIAN STANDARD TIME, MONDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY. Our company has a separate customer care division which receives 200 calls per day on an average. Our company is not like someplace where just two or three people form a group and pretend to create an image of a global group. Living in a small house and have a small home-office where they wait for long hours just to attend phone calls of customers (if at all they have any).
If you try to call OUR OFFICE at YOUR WORKING HOURS, naturally no one will be there to attend the call. It is understandable for a real business man or woman, that we never said anywhere that our customer service is 24X7.
Conclusion:
I was not aware of the complaints against my firm made in these forums. Now when I came back from my business and purchase tour, this problem created by STS Global Group was brought to my notice. I had to go through the STS Global Group mail history. In one of their latest emails there was an internet link, I clicked that it took me to page of the complaint.
As I said this human hair in seller market, and it is not going to affect my business, we have our regular buyers. All these untrustworthy posts will not spoil our business; we have regular, decent, understandable customers, who know the value of money and hair, who have such good knowledge about human hair and its application in beauty industry. At this point I would like to express my gratitude to all my regular customers.

In the 1st complaint one lady from Nigeria (Tay) ordered for 10 kilos and the same is shipped to her
After receiving the shipment she called me (by phone) and complained about the curly hair which we sent that it was not tight curly and she wanted replacement .We asked her to send back the hair which she did not like. After that she demanded (blackmailed) 5 kiloes extra to be shipped to her free of cost if not she will put in the complaint board about us and spoil our company’s reputation. We refused and it is not possible to give 5 kilos for her threat.
In the 2nd complaint Non receipt of payment deniselands@hotmail.com U.K.
Some banks (at the customers place), they send the transfer to the middle bank in India and the Indian based bank they give credit in Indian rupees. Our company receives a lot of payments every day, our correspondence used to check with our bankers the Foreign Inwards only as we are primarily an export organization. All transfers in Indian Currencies are monitored through our purchase and Local Sales department only. For the first time we faced this kind of a problem. We had to check all our transactions and accounts to find out that the amount has been transferred in INR and immediately the shipment was made and the problem was solved.
There after we had always verified with both departments and never had any complaints of this sort.

Finally we look into this STS Global Group. Mr. Tarik S Wilson and Ms. Keely Wilson .

This company approached us through b2b portal Trade India in 27th Sept 2010 and made their 1st order for 8 kilos of human hair value of 1799.41 US $, we received the payment the shipment is made through FedEx airway bill number [protected] dated 15th Nov.2010 and after one month the STG Global group placed the second order for 6 kilos value 2234 US $, this order is shipped on 24th Jan 2011 through FedEx AWB no.: [protected].
In the second order we had a problem for two kilos of hair – Reported on 30th Jan 2011.
We replied immediately and asked them to send back the goods and we said in our mail correspondence we shall refund the amount of 586/-US$. This had happened on 2nd Feb. 2011. (Proof of email exchanged in-between EAGLE IMNEX AND STS GLOBAL GROUP follows after the explanation of this complaint posted).
But STS Global Group refused to send the goods back saying that our FedEx A/c no. has been deleted. We are operating with same A/c number mentioned in the mail from 1994 till date. STS Global Group did not contact us after that. Obviously it becomes clear that they are the ones FAKING.
Finally after 6 months later on 5th June 2011 we are surprised to receive a mail sent through Trade India portal stating that some of the wefted pieces tangle and they want redeem for the hair unsold. As we do not want any dispute in-between customer. We are fair business people ready to take back the hair after 6 months, only after inspecting the goods is in good condition and it should be our goods and send the payment to them. This is routine practice for all exporters and Traders worldwide. Mr. Tarik S Wilson and Ms. Keely Wilson where asking my contact number to speak to me directly, once the matter is in open discussion forum what is there to speak with me directly?, we shall discuss in the same forum, let the people know about this FAKE STS GLOBAL GROUP peoples.
In the mean time they were going on posting this complaint in the complaint form stating that we had supplied all grey hair and not remy hair for thousands of dollars to this STG Global Group. And different dialogue in each different mails. 1st mail 2 kiloes, 2nd mail 3 weft pieces, in 4th mail 7 pieces finally 10 kilos these things makes us more suspicious about this company without any stand in their words. We think this STS GLOBAL GROUP intension is not for getting refund either dreaming of spoiling our reputation by posting in the open discussion forum.
Now, we are in big doubt why this STS GLOBAL Group putting so much pressure by sending mails and posting in the forms .Whether they are going to send our goods or the used goods or they brought it from others. Why they waited for 5 months from Feb 2nd 2011 till 5th June 2011 as they cannot be patient for 3 days for our reply. And also we visited their website actually we are eager to know about this Group of companies activities. In the product they are having only one product human hair and all the displayed human hair products photos belong to us, they stolen our company product photos using in their website without our knowledge.
We leave this matter to the viewers to decide whether to trust our company or not.

Dear Mr. Murali,

I am contacting you to make you aware that of the 11 or more kilos we purchased from your company to date we have found four wefts that tangled so badly after the first time washing and conditioning they could not possibly, be Indian Remy. One customer had to have it removed from her hair within 2 days of having it put in because it would not detangle. After being made aware of this, I began to wash and condition the hair before sale and I found 3 more that did the same as she described. These wefts had to be discarded and would not detangle no matter what I did. I was shocked! The hair from these wefts began to lock and draw up but other wefts I washed and conditioned came out beautifully the way Indian Remy hair should. This was quite embarrassing for us and has damaged our reputation. We are a newly established business so quality and reputation are extremely important to gain and maintain clients. I should hope you feel the same and will compensate my company for our loss due to these defective, clearly non-remy wefts that were sold to us from your company.

To date the wefts that tangled and locked as I described were:

(1) 18-20” Straight

(3) 18-20” Curly/Wavy
