1-to-1.org.uk review: Advertising false websites and stole my money 2

All I wanted was a website to promote Payday Loans and I have found 1to1 on Google.

After an exchange of numerous emails between myself and Mr Simon Macbeth of 1-to-1.org.uk, did I pay him for what I understood to be my own website.

No terms and conditions were discussed. I searched for a domain name - money121.co.uk and asked him to register this domain name as part of my website. He said no problem and did so. He prepared my website and in the meantime I started with SEO and traffic generation to the website.

After a week I wrote to Simon asking him where and How do track stats. He informed me they are doing it manually and will receive a stats report weekly.

After first week no stats. I wrote and ask him about the stats and didn't receive an answer for days, even my followup email went unanswered. Now I was getting a bit concerned and started looking at the codes (HTML and Iframe code) on my website using "page source".

I nearly fell of my chair when I saw they themselves were Affiliates and all the visitors I am sending to my website is cranking numbers on their affiliate link! Now I knew why they calculate stats "manually"

I registered my affiliate Id with the same provider (will not mention them here, they are not part of this fraud) and changed the code to the IFRAME, after that I contacted 1-to-1 and notified them what I have done and asked a few questions

This was the quickest I had a reply:

reply was simple, they told me I am not affiliate with them no more, BUT I DID NOT SIGNUP FOR AN AFFILIATE BUSINESS, I BOUGHT A WEBSITE! Not according to them.

Then next thing they highjacked my domain name, remember they were the registrar and they changed the name servers and redirect my website to their own website. Now they have stolen my domain and my traffic as well and refuse to release my domain name to me

Since then all I had from them is verbal abuse and some serious threats against me in person
