Ordered an engraved bottle of gentlemans jack on Dec 6. Advertised standard shipping 3-5 days. So I'm thinking it should be no problem to have in time for Christmas right? First call was on Dec 16 to check status, lady said since it was engraved it would be 10-12 day delivery and I received the wrong email saying 3-5 day delivery. During my hold the background music and promotors even said standard shipping included 3-5 days. What a lame excuse. Guess she can't count it's been 10 DAYS since my order. Also said she would call back after she check further her computer was down... Never called. Called back that afternoon. Another lady going check on order and call back...no call! So here I am on Dec 18 calling again and another person is to call me back (they promise) with update...lets not hold our breath. Sorry but shouldn't the computer in front of them give them the status on my order? Or is it down? Oh and someone has to be home to sign or they send back. I'm going out of town for Christmas on 21st. If for some miracle I do receive my order before I leave this has still been a horrible experience. They sure didn't hesitate to charge me for my order! Never again
Follow up to original post: talked to another member in CS stated my bottle would be here on Dec 20th. Well it arrived on Dec 21st with someone else's name engraved on it. Not even my bottle but had my personal message card with it. Names don't match bottle versus card or order form that was included. Where's the quality control with this company,

I agree there is no quality control! I ordered a $200 bottle of tequila that arrived wrapped in tissue paper with a thin ribbon around it once i opened it there was no seal on the tequila and the bottle caontained water-that's right water
