Volkswagen review: level of service

I have since towed my car to Arcadia VW on 17 December 2019. The car was booked to be repaired due to fuel mix (petrol into diesel car). A quotation of R200076 was issued for fixing the car. I clearly notified the dealership that all the payments will be made by a third-party due to them acknowledging the liability. I expected VW to fully diagnose the car before providing the quotation however on 21 January 2020 I received another quotation which is 5 times more than the original quotation. By then the third-party had already processed the payment based on the first quotation issued. With all this delay from Arcardia VW, they failed to provide me with a loan car whilst they troubleshoot the problems on the car. I have been the one who calls the service assistant and the service manager (Katlego Mogatsu) however that has not proven to be fruitful as to this day my car is not fixed yet. I have also involved the dealership manager (Stephan Delport) who also have tried to assist. I have attached the quotations provided.
