I got my car fixed at Prestige Auto Works cuz the engine light was on and it failed the smog check with code PO171 too lean. They did a diagnostic and said they could fix it. But when I picked up my car, the engine light came back on within 10 miles. I took it back but they couldn't figure it out, so they sent it to the dealership for a new diagnostic. Turns out, the code was still PO171 too lean. And on top of that, they messed up my manifold and won't fix it or give me my money back. They're saying it's my fault, but I don't think so.

I had my car fixed at Prestige Auto Works for a new Altenator. I paid for the service and drove my car home. But when I got home, I noticed that the brake release latch was unlatched. It was working fine before the service. The mechanic wants to charge me $145.00 for labor to fix the damage they caused. Seriously? Why should I pay for something that wasn't broken before? I can't even park my car in my driveway to wash it because they won't fix what they broke. I'm a senior citizen and I can't use my Emergency Brake. This is not cool. I'm not happy with this situation. They need to fix what they broke for free.
