Change of belt resulted in ac not working
I have been using the Carson City location for some years now, so I went in for an oil change and radiator flush today. They informed me my belt was cracking so I let them change it, left after paying $240+ and turned on my AC. It was blowing hot air, so I turn around and went back. They guy looked at it and said they did nothing to it, and walked away. It was blowing ice cold air when I drove in, now I have no AC. Old people living on social security should stay away from this place. They don't care
Desired outcome: Make it right, at no expense to me, even though I will NEVER go back there.

Today, when I went to get the engine oil changed, I noticed that the transmission oil is leaking. This is causing my transmission to act weird and I am very disappointed. It's causing a lot of stress for me and my car. Can you please let me know how you can fix this?
The staff messed up my car when I went for an oil change
The staff messed up my car when I went for an oil change. They didn't screw back on my deflector plate and it got all crumpled up. The employee said I didn't need it and tried to reshape it and zip tie it back on. I was like, no way, I want it fixed properly. I talked to the manager Larry and he didn't seem to care much. I took my car to the dealer and they said the part needed to be replaced. Larry said he'd replace it and then forgot to call me back. When I called him, he said he ordered screws instead of the part. It's been a month and I still haven't heard anything. I used to go here all the time but now I'm not so sure.
