San Antonio Trailer Sales - Falsely over priced
Jerime and Damien falsely amd inflated/0ver-priced a Loan Star trailer by over $2,800; when I caught them in the fact, they claimed the pricing on their website is not the same pricing that is reflected in their billing system... and they have no control over what is priced where...
Jeremie the GM claimed he did not have the lower priced trailer on his lot but Damien said it was just an error on the website on how it was priced and that I could bring this trailer back and return.. Jeremie claimed it was just the way it is...
DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!
Desired outcome: credit or allow me to return the trailer for full refund
National Vehicle Sales
I listed my travel trailer with this company, specifically with Tyler Richardson, last August (2021). I knew I should have been leery of a company that insists on being paid over $600 upfront but my husband was having a myriad of medical issues and the sales pitch was “if you’re going to do this, it must be right now”.
90% of the “great” listings he promised me expired after 90 days leaving one listing that yielded nothing.
8 months later, after several contacts on my part, he came up with an offer that was 1/3 of what I paid for the trailer. Luckily I had learned not to trust him and was working toward selling it on my own, which I have now succeeded in doing.
Do not trust this company.
Desired outcome: I think I.m entitled to a refund sinceI had to sell it myself.
RV advertising and sales
I listed my RV with National Vehicle for $699.00 in May 2022. I have not had one inquiry. The sales person said they could sell it in 3-5 weeks, it would be listed nation wide and that it was in high demand.
I listed at the price they recommended and I have lowered the price twice since then with no inquiries.
I understood it would be listed on Ebay, RV Trader, RV USA and others until it sold. In june I learned that the listings on Ebay, RV Trader, RV USA were 30 days or in the case of RV USA 6 months.
They promised me weekly updates regarding how many times my listing has been viewed. I have gone weeks without getting the update and unless I contact them, I do not get an update.
I do not believe this copany is reputable, I recommend you avaoid them.
Desired outcome: Please refund my $699.00
Is National Vehicle Legit?
National Vehicle earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
We found clear and detailed contact information for National Vehicle. The company provides a physical address, 2 phone numbers, and 2 emails, as well as 4 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.
Nationalvehicle.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.
Nationalvehicle.com you are considering visiting, which is associated with National Vehicle, is very old. Longevity often suggests that a website has consistently provided valuable content, products, or services over the years and has maintained a stable user base and a sustained online presence. This could be an indication of a very positive reputation.
However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While National Vehicle has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 9% of 11 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- You should not trust a website that appears to be parked, especially if you have already paid money to the website. A parked website may be a sign that the website owner is no longer actively maintaining or developing the site, and there is a risk that the site could be a scam.
- Nationalvehicle.com has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The nationalvehicle.com may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
- National Vehicle protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
Poor service
They take your $600 and post a terrible ad. Anyone can do better on their own. I did. Sold my RV myself when I saw no results. They promised to sell your RV within a couple months but never change their sales ad for your RV when your RV doesn't sell. They let your subscriptions that they promise to keep up with expire after a few months. You might as well sell your RV on your own.
Desired outcome: This company is a scam and shouldn't be allowed to prey on people.
Selling RV
My complaint is in regards to the advertising of my RV.
When I contact them they were prompt and eager to assist in gathering information to use to advertise and even more so to take payment of $599 to do so.
I was told they would advertise on their website, RV Trader, RV USA, RVT, RV Dailey, and eBay until sold.
They would screen calls and send the ones to me that were within my range of sale price, but never received one call even though I had hundreds of inquiries based on their weekly updates sent.
I tried several times to get in contact to see why I was receiving calls or if I they could upload pictures since they were blurred on the websites, there was no promptness or rage to answer my calls once they had my money.
About a month after I paid them to run ads I received a call from another rep named Tyler Richardson who was very pushy and rude. He said my RV had been posted for a month and hasn't sold and my option was either lower price or they could put on eBay for people to bid on for a week, of course for a fee of $450. I was asking questions to understand why I was told before about this as an option if my RV hadn't sold. He was rude, unprofessional and short with me. He sarcastically said you don't have to do it and said I would be on my on yo sell and it would be harder to sell if I chose to not to do. He said after the week is up and no one bid on it and it didn't sell they would run it again and no charge for another week to see if someone bid on and it sold. I elected to do it reluctantly, but I was desperate to sell. The last day of bid he emailed and said he had a bidder that want to give 55k for RV and asked if I would take. I had already told him the lowest I was willing to go. I thought about it and made the decision to lower to 62k. He told me he would inform this person and get back yo me that day. He did not goer back yo me and I had yo call several times before he returned my call only to tell me the person was looking at another RV about two hours from where he lived and wanted to look at that first before letting Tyler know if he was interested in mine.
It was a few days later before I was able yo speak with him again and once I did he said he had heard from that guy, but now mentioned an additional individual interest. This was in a Monday. He told me he should know something by the end of the week Friday and would call me . Friday has come and gone with no call. I have made several calls and left voicemail for him to call me which as of 11/5/21 he hasn't. He has not put it back on eBay as promised either. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They will take your money but not full the services as promised!
Desired outcome: Want a refund of total amount paid.
False promises false sales offers
Sales person, Rose called my husband, unsolicited, told him she had several customers looking for the make and model RV we had advertised elsewhere. She said she should be able to sell it in 2 to 4 weeks. Although we were doubtful of her claim we went ahead and advertised with them. About 6 wks later, Chuck Forbes from the company called and said he had a full price offer. We needed to sign off our title, gave him our bank account info and he said the $ would be deposited 2 business days later. He said he'd call us then. He never called us back. Neither he nor Rose will call us back regarding that so called transaction. Rose told us on 2 occasions that she had an offer $2k under our price. We told her we'd take it. Nothing. We've been waiting for a return call since mid-August. No more calls from anyone at the company. Asking for a full refund.
Desired outcome: Full refund/beware of this scam
Product / Service
BEWARE SCAM:
This place sold my very elder Mom a promise to sell her RV after she lost her husband.
She called and they sold her for hundreds of dollars a promise to sell this RV.
Needless to say, the family was very upset.
She has yet to get one single call over many many months and after checking BBB complaints, it said exactly what my thoughts were.
Please do not call this place it is a scam!
We finally sold it on our own!
Desired outcome: Shut Down and To warn Others
sales contract to sell vehicle
I was promised that national vehicle would list my 2020 keystone Montana High-country fifth wheel on several web sites and would get results with in a couple of weeks and get weekly updates on results and handle all inquires and forward them to me for a flat fee of $599.00. They did list on several sites and I only got an update after the first week, and even after lowering the price I didn't get any response or any communications from National Vehicle. I listed the unit on Craigslist and with in 3 hours sold the trailer for full asking price. Save your money there service is a scam.
Desired outcome: scam report
RV sales
I was sold a guarantee that they could sell my RV for a certain price and paid $599 for that service. The person I spoke with was Nike Reinsdorf. I dropped the price several times and after over a year decided to sell on Facebook marketplace. I had over 20 inquiries in a few days. 3 people came out to view it within 2 days. I had competing bids and sold it for what I was asking on National Vehicle. I never even had an inquiry with National Vehicle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THEM!
Desired outcome: Refund
Overstated Service and Breach of Contract
On December 15, 2015 by Jack Mequire from National Vehicle, I was promised that my RV would be placed on an eBay listing and it was. I was charged $549 for this service. I repeatedly called Jack after a week and never was called and never made contact again. On January 13, 2016 a Taylor Richardson contacted me and asked if I would like to list my RV on a...

We were promised the world by 2 of the salespersons when we were selling our 5th wheeler & charged nearly $1000 for their proposals only to find that all this was just uneducated salestalk & a very quick way to loose our money .In my opinion these people could not sell Chook raffle tickets let alone what they advertise. I personally would not recommend this company or affiliates to my worst enemy.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I wanted to run two ads on different sites and found National Vehicle Marketing agency. They offered me to put these ads on Ebay and classyrv.com. I wanted to sell motorhome asap. After I paid $450 I was still contacting this company to know when ads will be ready. Now they simply don’t pick up the phone.
