These guys were great. I bought over the phone and text from out of state (NW Oklahoma). They explained everything and helped me pick the right lift. Arrived on time and without issue. When I had a problem at installation, I sent a text and pic and they called me back with a solution within 5 min. I recommend and will use again if need arises.

I buyed a 4 post lift from ChampionAutoLift.com through a guy in Florida. They bringed it and put it in my garage. The guy who installed it was in a hurry and didn't give me much instructions. After 2 weeks, the lift got stuck because the corner locks didn't work. I texted the installer but he didn't help me unless I pay him more money. So I hired a local guy to fix it and he said it was installed wrong. I told the distributer but he didn't care. I called Champion Auto Lift and talked to a boss. He said he would talk to the owner about paying me back for the fix, but he never called me back. They don't care about customers, so don't buy from them!

I didn't get all the parts for my lift. Missin' all cables & safety linkage parts. I called the company & ain't heard back from 'em. They said they'd get right back with me. Waited 3 weeks on the lift, after I put down a down payment. When I got at the company to pick-up the lift, I had to wait 2 & 1/2 hour. Was told the day before it was ready for pick up. Waited for parts at the powder coating shop. Asked about the cables & parts while I was still there. Was told they were in the bottom of pallet.

I bought 2 lifts from Champion Auto Lift in 2018 from the owner, ***. They were put in without any problems, but there were a few warranty claims. In January , we wanted another lift, so we reached out to Champion. The Area Manager, ***, gave us a quote for a smaller lift that he said would still do what we needed it to do, which was lift 1/2-3/4 ton pickup trucks. He said we should get this lift because it has asymmetric arms. The quote was for $2450, plus $800 for install, plus $146.39 for tax, which came to $3346.39. After we installed it, we tried to use it and found a big problem - it hardly lifts any trucks at all. *** said he would take care of it, but he kept making excuses for months. He said he would swap the lift or swap the arms, but he was always waiting on something. Now, 7 months later, the company wants $2000 to fix their mistake, even though the lift we wanted originally was only $400 more. We offered $1500, but they said no.

I just wanna say something about ChampionAutoLift.com in Tempe, AZ. They delivered and installed a lift for me but they didn't call me the day before like they said they would. I messaged them on messenger and they called me at 7:30am to confirm for that afternoon instead of the morning like we agreed. When they installed it, I saw that the drip pans were broken and the powdercoat finish was damaged from transport. There were also loose bolts that I had to tighten and they used different kinds of bolts. I told the local office and they said they would send someone the next day but nobody came. I fixed the loose bolts but the finish and drip pans are still bad. Don't use this company.
