McDonald's review: Mcdonalds don't take complaints seriously... Very unprofessional

I grabbed a big mac via the drive thru at Bass Hill. When I got home the burger only had 1 meat patty and the bun. Long story short, Macdonalds Australia would know their arse form them elbow. After weeks of ongoing issues they sent me a voucher (which was less that I paid for the meal. They then sent me another voucher. Anyway off I go to Macdonalds (against my better judgement) to use the vouchers and am told by the manager (Villawood) at the store that the vouchers are fake... yes FAKE.

Macdonalds are refusing to call me back and I am about to contact the Ombudsman.

They are a joke.
