McDonald's Missing food items that I paid for

Mobile order-assured my order was correct. Of course I go home and it is not Missing a BIG MAC That I paid for and now I go hungry because no one answers phone. All I get is a bunch of fax noise when I try and call before I drive all the way back. UNACCEPTABLE. As long as have patronized this place, and I’m talking a good 30 years, I will go across the street to WENDYS. The least and I mean the very least is they could answer phone. Must get so many complaints they just turn phones to B.S. FAX. NOT EVEN AN ANSWERING MACHINE WHERE I CAN LEAVE A MESSAGE. Fed up and disgusted. As much as food costs and trying to feed a family, I am just tired of this crap because it happens way too often. I am just fed up and think we will just eat at home from now on. I’m DONE. Just call me FED UP or maybe not (because I’m still hungry and I guess I will have a peanut butter sandwich for dinner. Thanks a Mc Bunch Victoria Grasso

McDonald's Drive through meal

I’ve just had a drive through of Big Mac meal and extra filet of fish. Everything was cold. In addition I got some form of cheese burger instead of what I wanted. If I hadn’t driven away I would have taken it all back

McDonald's McDonald's Stanley avenue Niagara falls Management to know how to split tender and I didn't I have enough to cover it he refuses to give me back my

It is Thursday August 23 or 24th I came in to McDonald's nearly avenue I put in order in for a total of $18 2i ce cream cones 10 nuggets and a pop I asked them to split tender the girl working behind the counter haf no idea what I was talking about so the manager came over and did so and That Being done I was still sure a little bit I asked him if he could take an item off the bill he said no I asked him if he could void 0 order and start over he said no I asked if he could refund my debit card he said no Therefore I feel I am being strong from And if it's a man doesn't know how to do his job maybe he needs to be trained better than that or maybe somewhere else25 years I work to customer service and I have never spoken to a customer like that refuse to refund something that should have been refunded or Tell them or I will not change the order

Desired outcome: Firstly I would like an apology secondly as many to train properly or needs to find another job I would like my food or I would like my money back and maybe something calm because I'm starving and I'm sitting here for 20 minutes

Came through at 10:56 and the young man that's taking orders always got something to say asking for phone numbers and stuff with his shirt up pulled us to 3rd window and I have my children in the car...

I asked him where was the young lady that normally works he said they fired her [censored] hus exact words I said oh my she was very polite and made sure our food was fresh and fries hot.

He goes on to ask and say things put the way which I ask do I need my husband to come up her that's when he shut the window in my face very un professional

Desired outcome: bring our regular night shift person back we have never had a problem with her she runs herself to death

McDonald's Manager

The card reader wouldn’t read my chip. I asked them if the my could enter my card in manually and I was told I don’t know what that means. I said that’s ok, and asked to speak to manager and said she will know what I’m talking about. Then I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Reva. She is really mean. She said if it doesn’t read your card, use a different one, cash, or leave basically. The card machine looked like it had been run over and I had just used my card at 2 other places before arriving. When I asked her if she could enter it in she Interrupted me and yelled at me we CANNOT ENTER ANYTHING MANUALLY! If she handles me asking that question like she did, I can’t imagine ALL the other instances where she must lose her cool and act inappropriate. When we left my 6 year old said I don’t think they knew there was a kid back here. If that puts her tone into perspective. We will never be back.

Desired outcome: I’d like the owner of the restaurant to know. And I’d like Reva’s boss to know how she acted. Bc if she treated me like that over me asking a question, I can’t imagine how she responds in more hostile and stressful environments.

McDonald's - Ice cream rip off

I like to take my kids and I for vanilla cones on a regular basis. It seems like we get ripped off more and more each time. Almost $3 for a simple vanilla cone and it's thismini size cone. McDonald's Food

I purchased 3 burger meals

(Big Mac, double cheeseburger & mcspicy)

Garlic Aloi wrap meal

The chicken on the wrap was burnt & the mcspicy burger was the same size as a cheeseburger

The chips were horrible & that rubbery that my dog even turned her nose up at them & didn’t eat them.

The medium sprite that was ordered with the wrap was more ice then drink & the big Mac looked like it was thrown together

Very very disappointing & expected more for the $70.00 that it cost me

The only decent things were the shakes & the nuggets

Bought from the Gillieston Heights store in NSW

McDonald's Food and service

I placed an order for over 30 worth of food from the lunch menu which was all that was available on the app. We ordered 40 nuggets, a spicy McChicken with Easy mayo add mustard extra pickle (photo included) we were given our food with the same disgusted attitude from the same rude aggressive little boy at the window who AS USUAL refuses to give us our sauces we paid for, napkins or pretty much anything. We got our food and the nuggets were DISGUSTING. Stale rock hard, ALL 40 of them. My friends boyfriend took them inside and was told to come back to get fresh ones TOMORROW stating they had changed the oil. I drove back around to the window where that disgustingly rude little boy told us his manager said she will not come to the window, that I would not be getting a refund, and proceeded to shut the window and lean his back on it away from us. I honked my horn 5 times before the manager would come to the window. She also told us to come back for our dinner tomorrow. I asked her what were supposed to eat now? She replied she didn't know or care. I asked her for a refund and she told me I would have to wait 15 to 20 mins for it. So I waited and it was 24 mins before she came to the window tossed the refund for THE NUGGETS only into my car shut and locked the window. This is ALWAYS my experience at this location with this shift. If there were somewhere else in town open for food At that time I would NEVER waste my money at this establishment EVER again.

Desired outcome: I would like the crew on that shift to be held accountable for their poor attitudes, extremely poor food quality, 0⃣professionalism, and to be compensated for all the money that is wasted when buying food there.

McDonald's Order

Placed a mobile order. Received the order. 1 food was wrong I order McCricken sandwich with cheese. It did not come with cheese. I ordered a mcdouble without mustard. It came out with mustard and no cheese. My online order clearly says 2 BBQ sauce as I order medium fries. I checked the bag I only had 1 BBQ sauce. Not a big deal at all kindly asked the server for another BBQ sauce and the manager comes up behind and says we charge for extra sauces. I kindly informed her to check my receipt and please complete my order. She continues to say no extra sauce blah blah blah never looked at the recieved. I ran to my car picked up a quarter and paid for and extra sauce. AGAIN IT IS ON THE RECIEPT I AM SUNBIITING THE SAUCES WERE ALL READY PAID FOR. It was the rudeness for me. All of that attitude over.23cents. No maam.

McDonald's Rude service. Refused cash as payment

Around July 15 Went thru drive thru to order at 6018 lake avenue Saint Joseph Missouri. Lady was rude from start and when I tried to order a buy one get one half off I was told they were only accepting cash and that the bogo half off wasn’t available for cash payment. I ask what I could order and was told again it was cash only. I said ok i am paying with cash so what can I order ? I tried a couple different items and was told they were unavailable for purchase with cash. I got tired of the bs and drove out of there. Haven’t stopped back in since.

McDonald's Management

Management was pulling all the Drive though cars into reserve spot 1&2 and curbside 3 and 4, I only ordered 2 double burgers and a free large fries. As I waited almost 4-6 minutes at the last drive though window, they asked me if I would pull up to curbside 1. Which was still full of cars. I kindly said,” No, Everytime I pull up y’all put cheese on my burgers. Or give me super cold fries. So she said,” I’ll just refund your money, Mean like. Which another 5 minutes later, she gave me my money back in cash when I paid in credit card. And she also gave me an extra $3.99 for the free large fry are used from the mobile coupon. I just thought y’all should know how rude, They are at the Parrish Ave McDonalds in Owensboro Ky. Because they know me very well because I go there 6 days a week. And I’m always nice/ I give them 5$ tips at curbside. & Now I’m so embarrassed to go down the street at my own McDonald’s/. I’ve started to drive a longer distance to go to the Nicer/Fresher McDonald’s on Fredrika Street. Which,” everyone in town knows it’s fresher and faster, and Nicer mangers. BY-FAR I have video evidence of this unruly Manager. This is just one instance of them Trying to pull 3-4 cars on hold while they make the 45 second buzzer. Last time at curbside,” I Sat there for around 30 minutes, before getting out of my car and asking them where my food was. They already erased my order from the screen,” asked me for a receipt/ It was on my phone. Then acted like everything is all good. Been waiting in the curbside parking spot for over 30 minutes for a cheeseburger my excuse me a double cheeseburger six piece chicken nugget and a large fry I still have not yet got it one of the employees came out even asked me what I had took my complaint down and then told me he's going to start on it I send my son back in there about 10 minutes after that and they said they just now starting on it what the hell is going on with this store they are so f***** up over here they need to just go ahead and shut this b**** down

McDonald's Service crew

August 8. Went to terminal 4 JFK mcDonald. around past 8am. We probably have a miscommunication in ordering. She just left us feeling annoyed. Never asked and instead told a co worker to assist. ID showing the back side. Black, talll, lean young lady in her early 20s. Not willing to serve iand not able to assist customers amicably.

The one who assisted is pretty nice. Also black same height and built. Able to deal and respectfull to ask.

Desired outcome: Get employees who are willing to work in this kind of job and can show just a little respect for others. just need some respect as we are patronizing your product.

I ordered the Mcdouble Bundle on Monday 8-7-203 at 6:26 pm. I eat my fries first always. I admit you have great fries. So when I got to my burger it was burned. I mean it was really charred. I did try to call no one answered. So, now I am emailing.

McDonald's French fries

I ordered a quarter pounder plain and dry with a dr. Pepper and med Fri. When I got to window they told me the Dr Pepper was out so I ordered a sprite: when I finally got my food and got where I was going the burger wasn’t correct. It had everything on it. I turned around, went back to the store. Complained at drive thru window then waited for them to complete the order. Got back to my job and sat down to eat. Then I saw something in my overly salted French fries: it looks like a broken Christmas tree light bulb. I took pics of it. To afraid to finish food now so I stopped eating.

McDonald's Never received a check from working there

In June of 2023 I start working there the company was changing over to a new manager and I decided to work a couple days because I was already certified for my ServSafe I told Ashley she can call my boss down in Miami to verify and he gave great words the first thing she said that she couldn't hire me as a manager she had to start me off $13 the lowest pay it is and I've been experienced for over 10 years I've opened up stores clothes stores so I decided to quit one day because I was being mistreated they kept telling the black woman to go out there and do all the cleaning while all the white kids stayed there and did nothing I asked the other manager how long it took for her to be a manager she said Ashley made her manager right away I feel like it's a lot of racist that's going on there at that store and that's one of my main reasons to quitting I'm black she's white but she gets hired on as a manager and had totally no experience like the experience that I've had but yet because I was black I was denied that position so I decided to quit now I'm having a problem with Ashley I've called her the end of July she immediately pushed the button for the facts hung up the phone while we were in the middle of the conversation when she knew who I was that racist stuff again I immediately called back another manager picked up and said no Ashley is not here when I just got off the phone with her so I knew that I was going to have a hard time getting my check I even sent one of my friends that stay up the street there to help me out no one would talk to her because they said it's my check I called today which is August the 7th and I spoke to Holly I think she said that's her name and she said who is the speaker when I asked for Ashley she told me to hold on went back there and I'm pretty sure she talked to Ashley and comes back to say Ashley is not on the phone but she wanted to know who this was so bad and that's why Ashley won't come to the phone so I'm texting to see if I can get some type of help to get my check that I've earned and I work for and I shouldn't be waiting this long when I gave you all my time when y'all needed me can somebody help me get this check cuz I'm tired of playing these types of game with Ashley and This Racist stuff thank you keep in mind I have been going back and forth about 2 months for my check and I'm really tired and I want what I work for

McDonald's Wait

When we pulled up to take out order the lady put us on hold for 15 minutes and then her friends start talking to her in the back so do you she made us wait another 15 minutes and then when we got to the window to pay for our order they didn’t have it correct And the lady act like we weren’t sitting there wait for to take our cash so we can get our food She talked with her friends for like 20 minutes before she even opened the window up and my kids were hungry waiting for their meal And the lady that was supposed to be taking the money the manager was talking to her while we was waiting I am displeased I am dissatisfied and I am disappointing no one should have to wait a long period of time like this for someone to get there money so they can get their food I am very disgusted with this if your employees cannot give quality service they don’t need to work. McDonald's Employee shutting the door in my face after she knew I was behind her

I was walking out with my drinks in both hands as I was heading out an employee. She looked to be an older lady real slim. Turned around and looked at me and continued to walk out as well. I believe she was leaving she had in her car after words. As we were both talking out she knew I was behind her and as I said I had to drinks in my hands. She didn’t hold the door open for me. As she went out the first door she shut it on me even thought she saw me. The second door she looked at me aging before going out while I was behind her she didn’t bother to hold the door for me she shut it on me again. It was rude! And embarrassing as a family coming in to the McDonald’s saw as well. The dad in the family I’m assuming had a socked look on his face i quickly had the door for them. But yet again I do not appreciate her shutting the door on me. She was wearing a side purse on her side right of her body. She had her McDonald’s hat on as well. I didn’t get her name or her name tag. Her hair was in a ponytail she has brown hair not to dark and she looked to have gray and white hairs

I ordered through DoorDash a Big Mac Meal Large with a Orange Fanta , 6 piece nuggets , a spicy McChicken & 7 M&M Mcflurries these ice creams where for my kids I worked for McDonalds before & I know how the process works when it comes to ice cream or smoothies or frappes , shakes it normally happens when the driver arrives & when she got there it was melted I asked the driver before she arrived to pick up my order to please make sure they made the mcflurries when she arrived she said okay , again when she got there they were melted . She asked politely to the worker if they can please remake it because I asked for them to be made once she got there & they laughed at her & refused to make it. It is just sad how these employees denied to remake items that they knew were suppose to be made once the dasher arrives at the store … not to mention the blamed her the workers got upset grabbed the mcflurries & never remade a new one my order got cancelled after that. I want the person or persons who refused to make the mcflurries held accountable & fired this is ridiculous & poor service never again am I ordering from here again.
