Dollar General review: Fedex drop off

I dropped off a Chromebook at Dollar General in Stearns KY. For FedEx to pick up. It was March 30th around 930 am. The lady said she had to reboot the gun and she would get it scanned in. I went back the next day and another girl said it was gone, so the FedEx guy picked it up.

My HR Dept emailed me and said I never returned it. I have no proof I returned it. I never received a text when she scanned it. Is there any way to run the camera from that morning, and you can tell me the FedEx guy did pick it up. So I can tell my job I did return it. There is never a manager at this store to talk to when I have been in to ask about this.

Desired outcome: Can you email me and let me know if you will check the camera to make sure she gave it to Fed ex. Please

I didn’t know this was gonna post. Is there another way to contact you to get this issue looked into?
