Zeneret review: Solar 1

On JANUARY 28, 2022 I sent Zenernet a $1,000.00 deposit for some solar panels. I have a signed contract and customer service initiated contact with me. After a month or two I did not hear back from the company despite emails, phone call messages, letters written to the CEO and a complaint with the BBB. I have requested my $1,000.00 deposit back. I have not heard back and am wondering if the company is still in business. It is now June 8, 2022 and no word from the company. Can you assist me in this matter?
