This company makes it impossible to cancel your order after you receive your free trial. Here is the number to call [protected] to cancel. They have no contact us info on their website and when you try to send an email it always fails and never goes through. Then when you use their website you ordered on which has a convenient cancel your order here button it does not work and they don't cancel the order even thought you get a confirmation message saying your has been canceled. The next time you try to cancel on this very website you get a similar message saying your order has already been canceled but you continue to receive product.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
The "free trial" arrived, for which I gave credit card details to cover shipping and handling. I do not like the product and wish to cancel it, but it now arrives with NO packing slip, or contact details of the company. I wish to cancel, but have no way to do so. I guess I'll just have to shut down the credit card!
The pills give me horrible headaches and does not help to control my diet. Barbara Blankenship Seeker.

This company fed off another company inorder to sell it's product. I failed to check with the Better Business Bureau. It is a scam. They mail the product after the 14 day trial period then they charge you the full amt. prior to you receiving your next order. I cancelled my Master card and disputed the charge. I am contacting my states representative. When the product arrives it will be returned. If it does arrive. I will continue to attempt to call the number listed although I find it futile to get through to cancel. They will receive a written letter of cancellation. The company has three seperate address. You are charged from 348 Hauser Blvd. Los Angeles, Ca. The product needs to be returned unopened to XTrim Returns Dept. 3577-A Chamblee Tucker Rd. # 209 Atlanta, Ga. 30341
