The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This company displays authentic UGG boots at very low prices. They deliver FAKE boots. You will not be able to return them and you will not be able to dispute your transaction with Pay Pal or your Credit Card Company. Pay Pal only disputes items received, but not as described if purchased via Ebay. Credit Card companies require you to return merchandise and provide a tracking number as proof before they will agree to dispute a charge.
