WMguitars.com is a SCAM seller. Buyer Beware.. Mark Holyer from WMguitars.com Sends out broken guitars and refuses to accept return or help. Terrible experience with Mark from their customer service. He apologized at first and pretended to file an insurance claim. Then a week later decided that I broke his guitar. I could not believe the way I was treated by WM guitars. Never again. AVOID! at all costs.. Here's the full experience for those curious about buying from these guys. Online or in store.. I notified this awful seller that the guitar was broken as soon as I opened it. The neck of the guitar was either broken before the guitar was packaged or broken during the shipping process. Mark Holyer from their "customer care" department initially apologized and stated that he would file a claim with carrier. However recently Mark's tone has changed completely and now he's decided that I am now a liar and a thief who broke his guitar. Which is absolutely absurd. This cowardly amateur is obviously just trying to duck paying for a mistake he made in improperly packaging the guitar. I will accept nothing less than an offer to pay for the repair. Which I should not even offer. Because after being so patient and providing them with all the photos as requested, to be insulted now and to be called a liar and a thief was completely unnecessary. Any decent seller would be bending over backwards to make this right. Which is most sellers out there. But this seller is an obvious exception. And I mean exceptionally inconsiderate and completely incompetent. Mark stated that since he doesn't see any damage to the packaging that this must imply "I had a disaster" and broke his guitar. Which makes no sense whatsoever. All this does is reveal just how ignorant the guy really is. I don't want anything to do with these people ever again. If no offer is made to pay for the repair I will return the guitar. But I should NOT be forced to pay the return shipping. I've already paid dearly in my time and money. Please help resolve this as quickly as possible. Thank you MS

This guy Mark Holyer from WM guitars(wmguitars.com) sold me a guitar online. I received the guitar in bubble wrap and it was very poorly packaged. I immediately notified Mark who took days to respond but ultimately said he would file a claim with the carrier. As requested I took all the photos of the guitar and waited. About a week later I asked for an update. And Mark replied that he had decided I was lying and that I'd made the whole thing up. I attempted to talk sense to Mark but he stopped replying. At that point I realized the type of person and business I was dealing with. In addition to wasting a great deal of my time I was then forced to file a claim with Paypal and ship the broken guitar back to Mark(at my expense) in order to get a refund. I recommend avoiding this amateur Mark Holyer at all costs. Considering the guy passes himself off as a guitar expert and yet hasn't a clue about packaging a guitar properly, that should say enough in of itself. Moving forward, the false accusations and suspect behavior coming from Mark simply reveals that while he is probably new to the guitar business, he is NOT decent. And it's not that difficult to be decent to people. Sadly Mark Holyer is just a bad apple. To call me a liar on top of sending a broken guitar is just messed up. Needless to say I won't repeat the same mistake twice and hope to save others from having the same experience.
