Brought a 3+1+1 seater sofa set from Winter on Oct 2009. Complaint on damaged leg was lodged by telephone after 2 months. They collected the product on 7th March and not yet returned.

Anybody suspected he or she being asked to make payment for products purchased from the company, but to Summer Chew's personal bank account, please make a police report ASAP ! You are most like scammed by this smooth criminal !

I have a bad experience with a fake self proclaimed so-called director of Winter International Group Pte Ltd by the name Mr Summer Chew. Ordered some furnitures from this fella as a friend recommended me to buy from him as they are buddies...so chose and placed order...just before delivery...this Summer Chew fella asked me to make payment to his personal POSB savings account instead of the corporate account of Winter International Group Pte Ltd. I smelled a rat and told him I will pay our common Friend in cash and he will settle for me as I needed someone to be a witness as payment being made. Skali paid to this Summer Chew's personal bank account then say never pay how ah ? Later found out this Summer Chew leaving the high life by driving fanciful continental cars, multiple expensive holidays, expensive and luxurious 6 figure to 7 figure watch collection ! Not to mention his daily watch is a $150k to $200k solid gold branded watch ! Confirmed his pay cannot sustain such a lifestyle ! Reported the matter to the police and CPIB as this fella used to be an ex-cop and knows the loops holes to siam prosecution or maybe SPF will turn a blind eye as this fella claimed to be formerly from ISD ! Haha talk about Singapore's very own " Lee Rock " ! Anybody here aware of others making payment to Mr Summer Chew of Winter International Group Pte Ltd, instead of the company's corporate account...most likely CBT case of monies not paid to the company by into the pocket of Summer Chew ! And btw he's not a director of the company...just a fantasy of his when someone did a check on him and his company. CAVEAT EMPTOR !

I am worry now. I already bought my entire house furniture with this winter international about $10K. Promises delivery is this Friday (30/Jan/2015).
I put my finger cross hope no bad things happened to my delivery. 😰

Do not ever buy anything from here! The service is so bad. I bought a L shape sofa and within 1 month the leg broke. Called them to change since under warranty but they tried to deny. (when they pick up phone calls they go 'hallo what you want?') Promised to call back but did not. I had to call so many times and keep transferring me from one staff to another. Even asked me to call the factory myself to get the leg. In the end changed with different leg that doesnt even match because they said no more of the same kind. And after 1 month, it broke again! Horrendous place!

Bought a L shape sofa in Jan 2013. Ordered additional 2 sets sofa covers as the sales person says cheaper if order from them because im buying the sofa from them. Paid in full. Delivered sofa and the 1 additional covers came, the other didn't because material not available do have to wait. Then my husband realized the additional covers which came does not fit properly. Called and they said its correct size of the original one. But I took out the original one and compared totally different size. They keep transferring me here and there but I patiently waited. The person in charge finally got someone to re measure. I waited from Jan to Oct. This waiting time is for the first additional cover. The second set till now not here yet and when I call, the person in charge is either on leave or overseas. Said will pass message for her to call but no calls. I think if other ppl already file complain with CASE.by the way I found out today the side of the sofa got a big hole when I change covers. The hole is covered with the lining of the sofa. I think its not even new.

DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS!
I am having a terrible experience with them too. Booked for a sofa set in April 2012 for a end-June/ early July delivery. A day before delivery I get a call from them saying a wron product has been shipped and gave me a replacement unit. When I call the delivery department they say that the agent who sold to me will call me. No luck so far. It sucks..

Don't buy from this shop. Service is poor, empty promises. Delivery date is never firm. So don't believe what they come up with. My table was supposed to arrive on 20th Aug, but still did not arrive due to all kinds of reasons they can think of. I bought mine from furniture mall. Wondering where we can lodge an official complaint on this.. blacklist this shop. Does reliable furniture shop exist these days?

I bought a dining table during the furniture fair from Winter International in May 2011. Suppose to deliver the item on 28 July. Didn't come nor bother to call. Had a hard getting any response from their supposedly delivery hotline. Rearranged delivery on 15 Aug. Didn't come nor bother to call. Regretted paid in full. I am wondering whether to make a police report or not. Are they running a scam syndicate?

I wish to add the bad Service from Winter International. Ordered a Sofa (paid full) and a King size bed (paid deposit) at the Singapore Expo with a tentative delivery since the move has not been fixed. They told me I could call the delivery hotline to make the change. Called the delivery number, they told me because I ordered from Expo, they have no record and ask me to contact the sales person whom I ordered from. The persons noted the change of my delivery but on the 29th and 30th June, my bed and sofa did not turn up. I had to sleep on floor with my baby for 2 nights. They kept giving me empty promises after I made alot of noise, the bed came on 2nd July - the initial "tentative" date that I gave them at the Expo. Until today, my sofa has not been delivered. They don't even bother to call and tell you the shipment of the sofa has been delayed unti you keep calling and calling them to chase to ask them for it.
The stitching of the head-head was so terrible, I had to ask them to remove and take it back.
They even assembled the bed frame and screw the brackets for the head-board in the wrong direction! The delivery guys did not bother to help me to remove the plastic of the mattress even when I asked them to and left me to tear the plastics for a king size bed all by myself! Until today, they don't bother to return my calls how they want to settle the head-board (and their payment).
