harassing phone calls
I get these phone calls on a regular basis on my mobile, I do not answer them because my security tells me that it is a potential FRAUD! We have tried ringing them to stop the calls but they cut us off when we speak! I have blocked them on my moblile but the still get through I am advanced in years & ill, I don't know how to stop them!
I would appreciate any help that I can get to stop these calls!

I had a success against Santander for missold ppi
The gross amount was £3114.47 after tax deducted was -£312.53 leaving£2801.94. I paid them 49% fee of£1372.95. They are now asking for an additional £122. Now in the small print it states that they will take 48% including vat. There is nothing in the small print about taking additional payment from the remaining amount . I feel that it is not made clear that you will not receive 52% of any successfull claim made as you have to pay Wilson Tarquin more. Should have to pay them the additional £122. As well as having to negotiate with the providers when they state that they will do everything for you no need to worry. I've been bombarded with phone calls when you answer there phone goes off. I told not to make calls during certain hours as I was unable to take calls. When you try to contest they threaten you with to put the matter over to debit collectors. This company should not be in this business because from the way I see it there bigger crooks than those that sold the ppi in the first instance, they have a poor view of customer relations. They've made a tidy sum out of me and it's true I have had some come back to me but if they phoned up tomorrow knowing what I do now I would not have signed up. I don't any invoices to forward now only have my client number 9718755. People who sign up to this company should be made aware of the fees involved at the beginning not once you've signed on the dotted line. None of the initial sales patter explains this just we will take 48% as our fee no mention of anything else, no need to worry we will do it all are the final words.
I don't expect anything will come of this, they've already been upheld this year in another matter but I'll certainly never recommend this firm to anyone contemplating making a claim for ppi. In advance thanks for reading this JRP
a letter about refund of my iva
I received a letter through the post of a Company called Wilson Tarquin who one i have never heard of two letter aint been signed plus phone number does not exsist. The letter is saying i could be entitled to a refund of my IVA. I have read comments of people about this company and all bad comments and to put a phone number on letter that does not exsist says alot it all sounds dodgy to me. It needs looking into this firm.
unsolicited mail
Recevied mail in the post asking me to contact them in regards to money owed from charges. Considering I have never heard of this company or spoken to them I am also registered on mail preference and telephone preference registers this company should not have had access to my personal details allowing them to have my name and address.
This is unacceptable want it researched how they got my details

about my claim and told him ihad just had a letter saying i had 1.551.46 onmonday 3rd of dec and he said he would phone me monday afternoon 10 december to see if cheque had arrived friday 7 december away for the weekend oh dear got a text saying saturday 12 30 saying my unpaid bill is being processed to an external debt collector at20 percent extra charge well very stressed and upset had to come home weekend ruinedhow can i pay you till cheque arrives then it has to be cleared at bank very very upset how can your threaten me for something that hasnt happed yet phone 4 times sat left messages no reply please sort this out i do not need this stress maureen white

I got a cold call from wilson tarquin about ppi i asked them to take on my case got letters ect to fill in which i did. A few months later i got letter from the company i was claiming from and was told that they had sent money to wilson tarqin 4 weeks previously they hadnt in formed me they had money i called them said they didnt have it needed to check with finance it took 4 days and numerous phone calls to find out if they had the money they then admited they had had it for over 4 weeks they said they sent an invoice and an e mail i never recieved either but they never atempted to send the money i would never had known they had it if the company hadnt informed me im still waiting for the cheque its supposed to be in the post can only assuming its coming by snail
Avoid this company at all costs
I wish i had read these reviews before i gave in to their wanting to look into my ppi. I had a call to be told i had a claim on one of my credit cards. Then the other day i had a letter from them telling me i would have a letter from the bank with a cheque enclosed. Not receiving the bank letter i sent an e-mail informing them i still haven't received the bank letter. Mean while i received an invoice from Wilson Tarquin to the amount of £4.odd pence. They explained the money i would receive would be HMRC taking 20% tax off the 8% interest that the have awarded me.
By the time i paid their 25% + the 8% tax, i don't think i would get any money back! !
I did claim ppi a year ago and received a nice lump of money. When Wilson Tarquin's colleague ( woman) phoned me three months ago i did tell them i already claimed for my ppi but they told me people are claiming again as the banks didn't pay out enough the first time.NOW today i had a text telling me to answer the questions truthfully as they have found a finance company that i had taken out a loan with. Well that's funny i only had taken one loan out and that was my mortgage. That's when i started looking up about this company. As we all say, there's nothing like an old fool. Hi, I have just received some old post from my previous address which included a letter from CST Law who are a debt recovery service. Apparently I am being taken to court for an £11.00 invoice which I have never received from Wilson Tarquin. Last I heard from them I had a garbled voice mail message asking me to call them. Not the first time that has happened as I constantly had to chase them to find out what was happening with my ppi claim. When I telephoned them I was informed that my account had been closed so I didn't think there was any need to change address with them as they no longer needed to be in contact with me. Although they still had my personal email address and phone numbers? I have just spoken to the receptionist at Wilson Tarquin who informed me there was nothing I could do except take the consequences of their poor performance and pay the additonal costs to CST law & possibly end up with a CCJ because of £11.00. I only got £20.00 ppi payout and now it's going to cost me more than that to sort this out? It probably cost me more than that in phone calls already. Trust me to be the only one in the world to tick the box to opt out lol! The worst thing is that I still keep getting those bloody ppi calls regardless, personally I think they should all be shot for harassing the general public.
constant nuisance phone call
This company has called me 5 times in the space of last two days. I answered the second call and politely requested for them to remove my records from the calling list along with any other details. Despite this they have continued to keep calling me and the last 3 calls have been on the same day - which I did not answer so get the bloody message!
Clearly this is nuisances company which employees incompetent personnel that can't pronounce people's name properly and then they cut you off.

The one thing they don't tell you is yes they charge 24% but on every PPI. They say it is 4% plus VAT. When you see the amount that the company that mis sold the PPI in the first place you have already paid the 20% vat. Companies like this should be forced to lump the money together then charge 24%
constant harassment
Constant unsolicited calls at least 8 a week about financial services. I had been dealing with a Manchester based company on another matter so originally I was answering the calls.As I spend 70% of my time in my car this is so distracting especially when they don't take no for an answer.Calls can come at all times of the day, any day.Where do they get my number? Whoever passes this on is just as bad.
Drop calling and trying to get my address
They just called again I answered and said who are u what do you want he said I will get a letter with I formation about money I'm due back and asked if my address was ... I said why do u want to know what business is it if yours and please don't call again as I'm a disabled pensioner and don't believe cold callers and heathen got nasty and said he had called because I'm owed money and will receive it once I go through checks I said not interested goodbye and blocked the number
I wish this company would leave me alone...I want to know how they got my number in the first place.
I have just received a call from a fast-talking, Asian lady who ignored my pleas of deafness to tell me (on repetition) that I was owed (I think) £2700 and could expect a cheque in the post. She told me my address, swore blind that I was not being asked to furnish personal financial details but asked whether I had made any financial claims "recently". I assumed she meant PPI and told her that, yes, I had; that there had been a settlement from a bank, and that, further to this, I was waiting on a cheque from the Financial Ombudsman because the claims company concerned had been found guilty of maladministration. This seemed to put her off a bit but I was still wished "a nice day" in the time-honoured, ultra-insincere American tradition. I did not give her any details beyond confirming my address (probably a mistake) but I will be putting my bank on alert, just in case. Who are these guys and why are they allowed to operate?
telephone cold calling
I am receiving 4-6 calls a day from Wilson Tarquin Tel 0161 5033670, have tried to phone to stop them but recorded message says to cancel further calls online, but have not found an option on their site to do so. upon looking on the internet I see this is a prolific problem effecting lots of other people. Perhaps you could block future calls from them as I am not interested in what ever they are trying to sell!

Constant calling, they are trying to pursue a PPI claim for me which I did not give them permission to do so. I have asked them to stop calling but they still persist. Operator calling is always pushy and aggressive, speaking over me and calling back when I ask them to stop. Keep clear of these people. Well know on complaints boards.

Company that keeps ringing you and then dropping calls all day and night - they are a very unscrupulous company trying to get money of you when the finally talk to you. Keep clear they are well documented on the web Mobile numbers is [protected] and there are many more
