My complaint is that I purchased 2 Tulip Park Benchs made by Wilson & Fisher. There are parts missing ( middle support bracket, plastic caps and side support bracket). I called about the missing parts and only recieved the 2 side brackets. I've yet to recieve the plastic caps and middle support bracket. There is a phone number to call [protected] of course no one ever answers and I've left my information and parts number required and still waiting. I've called Big Lots and was directed via operator to theCustomer Service line and you guessed it no one answers the phone. I've left my information for contact and they never call me back.
Did I mention that I've had these park benches now for over 3 months and am still awaiting for someone to call me back. I'm not putting blame on the store just Wilson Fisher or Big Lots Corporation. I just want my parts!

Just because the tag says, "Do not return to store", does not mean that you can not return it to the store. Big Lots will honor their return policy stated on the receipts.

From a local Furniture dealer. Dear purchasers at big lots, buy your outdoor furniture from a reputable dealer. You work hard for your money and if it sounds to good to be true it is. Support the local businesses that support your kid's teams, your school teams and local community event. Dollars to donuts you will never see a local little league baseball team sponsored by big lots, wal mart, or other large chains. Nice outdoor furniture can be purchased from retail furniture stores.

I recently purchased a Wilson & Fisher Solar Security Spotlight (Motion Activated) from our local Big Lots. I'm so dissatisfied with missing parts, screws that are way to small for this product. Called the company and they NEVER answer their phones. Left numerous messages but yet to receive a callback! After reading the other reviews I guess I'll never get that callback! Now I have to go to Lowes to find what is missing. Are they going to pay for the gas that I have to use? NOPE! BEWARE! Don't purchase any products from this company or if you do make sure you open the box before buying it or you'll be very upset because things will be missing! Being on a fixed income I can't afford other retailers prices. I guess you pay for what you get! Thanks Wilson & Fisher for making my day so wonderful! NOT! Again don't purchase from this company you'll not be happy!

Not even worth the aggravation! The products are cheaply made and over priced ( for the quality!) They suck!

In August of this year, 2016, My wife and I purchased a patio set by Wilson & Fisher. The boxes were clearly sealed from the factory. Upon opening the boxes the six chairs had no hardware, and the table had no hardware and no instructions. Per their instructions I emailed my complaint and also called [protected]. I got an answer and the nice lady on the other end took my information. She said she would send that to China so I could get my parts. Very quickly I received an email apologizing for the mistake and that my parts were forthcoming. They also sent me the table instructions by email which I downloaded. Nine days later I received the parts. Table hardware ok and chair hardware missing 9 washers and nine bolts. I could only assemble 3 chairs. I again called and wrote and finally received an email the following week stating that I would get my hardware soon. I also called Biglots! who helped me find the hardware locally and paid me for my time and the parts. I give Biglots! kudos. After three weeks our purchase is assembled. I am still waiting for the manufacture's hardware. This is not a rare problem if you read other complaints. Wilson & Fisher needs to do much better on their quality control. Not a happy customer! I completely agree Yellow Lab! I just posted my complaint it's under Janny 59. I to will NEVER buy from this company ever again. We all work hard for our money and this is how we are treated! It's so not fair! I can relate to what you are going through!

I've been waiting for 2 months for the plastic steering on a large umbrella purchased at Big Lots. I leave messages and no response. Very frustrating to pay $200.00 for something you can't use. Will think twice before I purchase items again.

I have had a similar experience as of this July 2013 with the cushions on two of the Savannah Wilson & Fisher rockers I purchased that when the tags were removed the piping/fabric was loose. This didn't happen to the loveseat cushion JUST to the rocker seat cushions. Their packaging materials specifically state DO NOT RETURN TO STORE -- yet the emails I sent remained unanswered and when I called the [protected] number, I was told that they could do nothing for me because I had already contacted their overseas manufacturer by email. When I said I had not received a response she (Annabelle) basically told me that she wouldn't do anything for me. It is amazing that they didn't respond to my emails BUT she seemed to have record of them.
BIG LOTS -- I SURE HOPE YOU ARE REVIEWING THESE COMMENTS --- IT IS A VERY COMPETITIVE WORLD OUT THERE FOR SUBSTANDARD CUSTOMER SERVICE --- ESPECIALLY YOUR SUPPLIERS WHICH WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH DIRECTLY!
