ive been a loyal white ox smoker since I was 19 when I did my first stint in prison nowadays there is way too much bark in the pouch and dust I'm just so sick of pulling branches of tobacco out of my pouch what are they gonna do about it ive been smoking white ox for twenty years and its never been this bad I bought one last week and it was all dust the whole pouch

For a few years now your tabacco has been degrading in quality. The amount of unsmokeable product soon weighs up, considering the amount of money i spend weekly.
I believe over the last few years i believe all the bark I've been having to throw out would've weighed up to or more than a carton. No happy and some small gesture on your behalf would be appreciated..Loyal customer over 20 years Thanks
The best part about living inside jail was the quality of the white ox! After release! Buying my tobacco from the same supplier the batch to batch consistency is all over the shop! Different cuts! Different tastes! Even the same barcode's doesn't necessarily mean the same tobacco! I've smoked White Ox well over 30 year's and lately I've never seen it so bad! Lift your game Imperial as you're blender needs a good jail yard slap!

been ox smoker 40yrs now its bark/human hair/unmulched blocks of? and now has a repulsive smell of fart or cat poop not impressed starting to turn off this big time not happy.

Hi guys I have smoked white ox for 25 years and I put a complaint in about 15 years ago about dry and barky tobacco and use guys sent me a new pouch for free and gave me a black white ox tin I have have it since my son was born and last year I went to prison and all my belongings were robbed and I would real like to get a nother tin I will pay for it I don't mind

White ox has been out done by Harvest Dark! Cheaper! and what white ox was like back in the 80's
My partner and I, have been smoking white ox tobacco for over 20 years now, we actually buy a 25gram pouch every second day and SOMETIMES actually a pouch a day... But the amount of bark and dust that are now in the pouch these days... Is ABSOLUTELY outrageous... It's getting beyond a joke, like seriously, why is this continuesly happening..? We then decided to try out with buying the 50gram pouch, and to our surprise yet dissapointment, there was far less as apposed to the 25gram pouch..! Please tell me what you are able to do about this that could possibly compensate for this ongoing issue, kind regards, Madeline.
