Westgate Lakes review: Being lied to over and over false sales and poor customer service

We have filed a complaint with Florida Attorney General and Florida Dept of Business Professionals.

Your company is a fraud, you waste our time on our vacations. Gave us a $100 Gift card that was expired (WOW) we own at the Town Center and really had a bad experience, and NO one seemed to care that my wife was flipped off a raft and hit her head, in the lazy river with kids running and jumping in all over the place! Then you sold us a condo at Turkey Lake Road Orlando The Lakes and said it is the same lay out as the one you own here at the Town Center! (LIE) We are demanding our money back all OUR MONEY BACK! at this point well over $20,000 we are done dealing with lies and customer service managers that call you liars and make your stay unenjoyable. Furthermore the AC didn't work upon arrival along with the refrigerator and we as owners were placed in the furthest away building just to look at the other building and parking lot on our vacation! We have tried multiple times calling and we leave messages, and NO one returns our calls. My deceased wife is still on the deed at the Town Center after I paid and sent in death certificate, she died over 10 years ago this is not okay with me, they were to put my new wife on the deed and again nothing has been done.

Again, please refund us our money on this this condo and take back the deed from 9500 Turkey Lake Road. If not, we will go the next step. we have other Westgate used to be owners that have and will continue to guide un in getting this resolved.

Please refund our money by EOM December 2023 on Turkey Lake property so that we can move on from this awful waste of our time.
