Western Dental and Orthordontic review: Appointment setting by non training staff [they make up time and location without patient/customer order on request] ]

I tried to make an appointment for my family, and this is what going on.

I called to make appointment for my two daughters at Briggs more dental and orthodontic. But I received email confirmation with the wrong clinic.

I tried to call again, and this time I see a new Western Dental and Orthodontic clinic, so I tried to visit this clinic. I have called but the junior staff do not speak English, referred to speak with the office manager Mrs. Linsi, I explain what is going on. Details are like this:-

1. Appointment set up for my two daughter with dental and orthodontics on Oct 14, 2022 at 9:15 am and 9:30am at her location when the new Western Dental is located.

2. I mentioned my family got medic al insurance coverage from CSA in Oct 6, 2022.

3. And I also ask her assistant to cancel the previous Western Dental call center’s staff that has made a mistake or without my approval or did not notify me of the change due to unavailable or something? But just do not need it. Mrs. Linsi mentioned she will cancel that appointment for me and reschedule to this appointment she has set for my family on the 14th at 9:15am.

4. And I never received any confirmation from Mrs. Linsi.

5. And then later, the wrong appointment is kept on sending me email to confirm the appointment that needed to be cancelled. I called to cancel. The staff do not speak English. I replied from the email to cancel the appointment and it seems like they never follow up.

6. And the date before Mrs. Linsi appointment on the 14th, I received an email from her office, but it has only something we did not confirmed. It said at 11am for dental. But that is not true and exactly correct. I quickly went down to the office, but they are closed. And I was have at least 4 emails to keep on confirmed the first and wrong appointment that I needed to cancel and also Mrs. Linsi said will assist to cancel it.

7. And then I kept on receiving telephone call about I did not show up on the first appointment which is on Wednesday and in fact that has already rescheduled to 14th, the Friday 9:15am and 9:30p with Orthodontic and Dentist.

8. Today, I called in the morning and look for Mrs. Linsi, and she is surprising has nothing to say. And I told her I received an confirmation appointment for only dental at 11am and 11:30am. And I said she did not call me at once about this change.

9. And she said she had called me on phone about the 9:15am and 9:30am dental and orthodontist appointment, but she do not know I will receive email. And which I receive was not correct. So, should I come to the appointment at 9am or 11am? This is disgusting.

10. And I was very upset. After I refused to speak with Mrs. Linsi, due to the irresponsible act. She sent text to my daughter and said they did not show up. [This is a make up and liar, I just call her and told her the appointment issue] And suddenly, the one who sent the text created a liar said we choose to option out the text. But we did not. I as the mother text them back what western dental appointment staff has done unprofessionally and very rudely. It is like Stolen ID or something from customer/patients. This is unforgivable act as customer service to the public to provide dental and orthodontics treatment.

We see dentist and orthodontic all our lives, since my two kids has bracing 7 years ago. We never encounter this before. Just a simple dental and orthodontic appointment for two girls in a same time and date. And, some question about the professional service in their field. Even the office manager is unbelievable.

Even now after the phone call an hour, Standiford’s Western dental office Mrs. Linsi and her staffs are still do not know what is wrong. And kept on putting the fault and blame to the patient and customer. Mrs. Linsi dare to put customer/patient no show just right after the parent inform about the mistake Mrs. Linsi has done.

We got a wrong detail of the appointment confirmation, and we do not know how to show up on the appointment. We went down the office on Thursday urgently, but it is closed. The email we received about the appoint is wrong.

No one apologized. No one speak English. And no one is nice. And they kept on ruining customer reputation and continue this fault and tried to contact my daughters and put the blame on them.

No one apologized and they sent text message to my cell phone and continued insulted us for not going to clinic visit at 9am today.

THE WESTERN DENTAL AT STANDIFORD Ave, the new clinic's staff either has seriously mental illness, or they pretended they can speak English.

Desired outcome: Request Western Dental and orthodontic provide training to their telephone appointment clerk. So, people can make appointment easily within 10 minutes and without trouble.
