My company based out of Hong Kong was interested in doing business in the United States, we were referred to Mr. Scott Wade Wellman by a mutual business associate to handle all necessary legal matters. Mr. Wellman stated that he would handle all of our work himself. He described his experience and knowledge of international business law.
It turns out that Mr. Wellman more of a slick salesman than an attorney. When we received our documents, everything was not correct. There were many errors and omissions throughout. After much investigation we found he outsourced our work to document mills where almost nothing is written by attorneys. Then he charged use 20 times what he paid.
Mr. Wellman has stopped returning our calls, and we have now decided to terminate our business relationship with him and his firm. Do not let this salesman take your money for work he did not do. Avoid Mr. Scott Wade Wellman and you will be better off for it.

Scott wellman is not that bad of a lawyer. He just does not put in the time, and has poorly trained associates. I had Scott work on some international projects for me. He can be creative, and has experience. The projects he worked on did not go far, but it was not Scott's fault. I think his only big flaw is that he focuses too much on business development, and is simply tired of practicing law.
Wellman & Waller and Scott Wellman in particular are a bucket shop. the fact that he purports to have taught anything at Chapman college is sickening. This slime should be banned from teaching even dog obedience.
Scott Wellman is a mean-spirited sex pervert. He gives lawyers a really bad image. Dont let his long list of embelished "achievements" fool you. He is a hustler that pawns of your case on associates from unaccredited law schools who never practiced law.
Scott Wellman has horrible associate lawyers working for him. They don't get anything done on time and he got many legal sanctions againts him in court. I think it is a same that Chapman College allowed him to teach law at their school.

Had a bad experience with Scott Wellman and his law firm. Cathy Pham Zotti is incompetent, and so is that whole law firm. we hired him for a simple personal injury case, and he pawned the work off on incompetent associates. billed me more than the case was worth, and when i disputed the bill he threated me.

This is the funniest thing. Scott Wellman posts a youtube video attempting to promote his law practice, and probably conceal some of the many Internet complaints. This is so cheesy and low life that I could not stop laughing. Of course, Wellman disables comments, and shows a video that confirms that he is a lowlife dork. This [censored] films his law diploma and a cover of the Orange Coast Magazine (to somehow imply that he is well regarded or was featured in a local fish rag). I feel sorry for anyone that hires Wellman, but I mostly feel sorry for Wellman. Being a ### is the greatest tragedy. Any person with even a sand pebble of remaining dignity would not post a video as idiotic as Wellman's.

Hired wellman for multi level advice. Slimebucket overcharged us, but we cancelled check, and took him to small claims. This is trash lawyer if there ever was one that walked the face of God's green earth... karma is ###, Wellman. hope you are sleeping well and dreaming of the clients you screwed. your time will come.
