I ordered some custom mugs from Weddingstar and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with what I got. They were completely wrong! I mean, come on, how hard is it to get a simple order right? But instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they tried to blame me for it. Like, excuse me? I know what I ordered and it's not my fault they messed it up.

To make matters worse, they won't even return the mugs or give me a refund. I mean, seriously? That's just bad customer service. I'm never ordering from this site again and I suggest you don't either. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

So, I ordered something from Weddingstar and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. The thing I got looked like it had already been used or something. Plus, it was supposed to be engraved and inked, but it wasn't. Not cool, man.

But, to be fair, they did give me a refund for the item. The only problem was that I had to pay for the shipping, which was almost 9 bucks. Like, seriously? That's not cool.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Weddingstar. They didn't deliver what they promised and their customer service wasn't great.

Weddingstar ain't no good, y'all. They sell some real low-quality stuff and their service ain't much better. You think you're getting one thing, but then they send you something totally different. And once they got your money, they don't wanna help you out. It's a real shame that these kinda websites are allowed to exist.

I recently purchased diamond confetti from Weddingstar for my daughter's wedding. The website clearly stated that I would receive 500 pieces, but when I received my order, I was disappointed to find that I only received bags of 80. I reached out to their customer service team to express my frustration, but their response was less than satisfactory. They simply told me that I received what I ordered, even though the website still advertised 500 pieces. I felt like I had been baited and switched, and now they had my money and weren't willing to do anything about it.

Aside from this issue, I did find some of their other products to be of good quality. The wedding favors and decorations were cute and well-made, and the shipping was relatively fast. However, the experience with the diamond confetti left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm not sure if I would order from them again.

Overall, I think Weddingstar has some potential as a wedding supply retailer, but they need to be more transparent and honest about their products. It's frustrating to feel like you've been misled, especially when you're planning such an important event. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make changes to improve their business practices.

So, I had a bit of a problem with Weddingstar. I needed to exchange a Large item for a Medium size, but they told me they don't do exchanges because they're an online store. I was pretty frustrated because I own an online store myself and I always offer exchanges for my customers. It just seems like common sense to me. Anyway, I had to return the items and then buy the new ones at a higher price. It was a bit of a hassle, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes. Overall, I'm not super impressed with Weddingstar's customer service, but the products themselves are pretty good quality.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Weddingstar. I ordered some flasks for my wedding party and when they arrived, they were all scratched up, faded in some spots, and had bubbles in the design. Not exactly what I was expecting for the price I paid.

So, I decided to reach out to their customer service team to see if I could return them and get a refund. But, boy was I in for a surprise. The lady on the phone didn't seem too shocked that the quality of the product was poor and wasn't very helpful in assisting me with the return process.

I mean, come on Weddingstar, your website says you stand proudly behind your products. But, it seems like that's just a joke. I spent $300 on these flasks and I feel like I got ripped off.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Weddingstar to anyone. The quality of their products is subpar and their customer service isn't much better. Save your money and look elsewhere for your wedding needs.

I recently bought some satin PJ top and bottoms from Weddingstar, and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a size small, but when I received the items, they were way too big for me. It seems like their sizing is very inaccurate compared to real world measurements. I checked their sizing guides, and they advertise large clothing as small, which is very confusing and frustrating.

When I tried to exchange the items for a smaller size, I was told that I couldn't do that. Instead, I had to return the items and pay for a new one. And to make matters worse, I had to pay for the return shipping myself. I was really disappointed with their customer service, or lack thereof. It seems like they don't know how to run a proper business and only care about making money off their low quality products.

I can't speak for their other products, but I would definitely stay away from their robes, pajamas, and all other clothing. The whole transaction with this company left a really bad taste in my mouth. I wish I could give them 0 stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option.

So, I made a little oopsie and bought too many things for my daughter's wedding from Weddingstar. When I tried to return them, it was a bit of a hassle. The return policy wasn't the most generous, and I had to pay a percentage of the total plus a return fee. They made it seem like returning the items was a huge inconvenience, saying "If you still wish to return..." which didn't make me feel great.

To make matters worse, finding out where to return the items was a bit of a scavenger hunt. I had to track someone down and email them to ask for the information. Finally, I got an RMA number and an address to send the items back to. I packaged everything up with the required info and paid to have it shipped back.

But guess what? The items were returned to me! Apparently, the address I was given was fraudulent. It was such a headache that I didn't even bother trying to pursue it any further. Needless to say, I won't be using Weddingstar again. If you're thinking about buying something from them, make sure you're absolutely positive you won't need to return it.
