I recently hired Webnotix to redo my website and assist me in switching to a new hosting provider. I quickly realized that there was a major language barrier since most of their team is based in India. It was a challenge to communicate with them via email and get them to understand English properly.

After 30 days of back and forth with them, they finally presented me with a redesigned website. However, I spent another three weeks constantly correcting various issues before it was ready to go live. Unfortunately, when it finally went live, my Google search ranking dropped by a staggering 20 spots. Webnotix suggested that I pay anywhere from $500-750 per month to improve my ranking, which was not an option for me due to the high cost.

I was very unhappy with the frustrating and time-consuming experience of working with this company. It took them a full two weeks to get my contact page to function properly, and there were constant issues with the ecommerce store I had on my website.

After one more severe malfunction with the site, I finally gave up and switched back to my original hosting provider. To my surprise, my Google search ranking immediately jumped back up to where it was before the redesign.

Finally, the payment for their services was recorded under a health product company that I had never heard of and had to call to clarify.
