W2 Xpress review: Stay away 3

My company just signed up with W2 Express for electronic w2 delivery. Got the notification that it was avaialble and went to download. The application prompted me for a PIN (something I never remember setting). I attempted every PIN I ever had used for anything to no success and decided I needed to call customer service. Naturally you have to go through several minutes of menus where you are asked for the same PIN. Once you fail enough times it then rings you through...into the 7th circle of phone hell. You get a loud quasi-classical hold music which skips often and sounds like it was recorded in the back of a pickup going down the freeway at rush hour...and you get it for a long...long...long time. I was on hold for 45 minutes before my cell phone battery died. I still don't know how to get to said W2. If your company is considering this service...DON'T OPT IN!

W2 express is a complete joke! Their system is archaic and backward. After countless attempts, It is now 2/16 and I still am not able to retrieve my w2. I have no choice, but to file a formal complaint with the IRS.

I have had the same problem...I did finally get through to customer service and they told me my pin, but it still isn't working...they claim they are undergoing 'maintenance' but it is 24 hours later and it still won't work...

My company has used for years and never had a problem with it sorry you did though hope all works out for you!
