I have been an employee of this Alpharetta based consulting company for long. I came to the US with dreams of achieving things. Today, I can call myself a loser for trusting an employer as unethical as VUESOL. I have been cheated and have no idea what to do now.
I had to face hundreds of issues with them. Every department of this company gives filthy service. If you are bad at service, thats fine but they treat employees like crap. No matter what problems or concerns an employee has, they just dont give a damn.
On top of this it is into illegal activities like making fake H1 copies to place consultants. They are desperate bunch of management who have no human values whatsoever and can go to any extent to earn money. VUESOL is synonymous with cheapness.
Let me tell the world what these guys do so that there won't be anyone else who suffers like me and many of my peers.
FALSE PROMISES: They promise to pay you a certain amount as salary and take advantage of your unemployment and exploit you. Ultimately you are paid peanuts and my hard earned money is their money. They never make payments on time. But if they want something from us, they are very harsh and brutal. There is no give and take here. Its just fake and take.
UNETHICAL PRACTICES: They simplydon't care about ethics, morals or anything. They just want to make money. They forge H1 documents, create false resumes, fake experiences and do things even more ridiculous things. But that is for a later day.
IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR: They dont take responsibility of being an employer and dont own up to their promises or faults. They have no regard for an employee's problems. Payroll, legal or HR issues will have to wait for weeks and months together. I know people who lost their jobs because of these guys' laziness. They are highly understaffed and whatever staff they have are highly unprofessional who cant even speak a proper sentence of English. Even a third grade company in a third world company would not hire them even if they offered to work for free. God save this company and its employees.
MENTAL STRESS: I cant think of a single week at a stretch when I didnt have any issues with them. There were times when I was helpless and they failed to deliver even on the basic things. They screw up everything because of the 'talented' people they have. The only reason I had to continue with them was that I was in a bad position and couldn't afford to quit my job. They knew it and exploited me even further. I would never recommend anybody to work with VUESOL.
I can go on and on but I'm just done with them. I hope they learn to treat people well and start doing business ethically. Anyway such companies don't last long. Here's wishing all their employees good luck!
VUESOL is a Complete fraud company. I have been cheated and manipulated by the management of VUESOL. I came to the US with dreams in my eyes and today I am a loser, all because of the irresponsibility and laziness of VUESOL.
I have been with them for very long and in spite of facing hundred issues I stayed with them. The management is completely unethical and indulge in all kinds of malpractices like forging H1 documents. This is just a tip of the iceberg. They cheat their employees, clients, vendors and everybody involved with them.
The resumes they market are all fake resumes. They are highly understaffed and the staff they have cant even speak proper English. Marketing a profle takes ages and there is a complete mismatch of consultants and the technology they are asked to choose. Such decisions affect normal people like us forever.
None of the departments function properly. It takes weeks or months to resolve petty issues. We usually go through a lot of mental stress. I know people who lost their jobs because of these guys’ laziness. It’s a complete useless company and it was my bad luck that I had to be with them. Anybody who wants to have a good career stay miles away from this company.
Its amazing how a company like this is still functioning. The accommodation they provide is absolutely filthy. They are more like ratholes. It’s a pity that companies like these are exploit people because they are unemployed. They promise a pay rate and they give you peanuts. As long as they make money, it is fine. When you question them, they will make life difficult for you. There is no give and take here between management and employees. There is only fake and take!
There is no transparency in the payments. The hard earned money I need to get is still due. They just don’t care. The management lacks maturity and basic ethics. Had I not been in this company, my career would have been something else today. I am done with ths company and I wish to caution anybody who wants to work with them. Rather stay unemployed than feel cheated and manipulated.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
