Virgin Active Ballito review: Gym

Ballito Virgin Active Gym. Service and Management run so badly. Been to several classes now and the instructor does not arrive. When I ask management they say so sorry won't happen again. And next week same thing. Try getting hold of someone who care. You get passed around or they never get back to you. I have never experienced such bad customer service and no one cares 😳
