On 7/2/2022 I walked this home before my closing with Alexis the manager of the property. She told me "I'll have the maintenance power washed the parking pad before I move in!" Alexis also said she would have the flower bed weeded and new mulch put down. I also mentioned the strip in the middle of the house having a chip in it. Everything I mentioned she said would be taken care of before I moved in which was on 7/6/2022.

The mud was covering the 2nd parking spot on the parking pad. I was also told by the sales agent, I'm not in a flood zone which was kind of strange to me. It wasn't until the 6th the day of closing I noticed the rainwater flooding the parking pad. I have several videos of this parking pad flooding my car up to the middle of my tires. I also noticed other issues with the home, the light fixtures in the home were hanging out of the wall. The freezer was broken, the water faucet out front didn't work, the bathtub in the master bathroom had a crack in it. All of these concerns were addressed over time. I just received the replacement refrigerator on Saturday 8/13/2022. I asked several times when the parking pad was going to be power washed, the parking pad kept flooding getting worst and worst. I was told every time Alexis wasn't back, she was supposed to return and was still not back. I was told by the sales agent the previous renter had complained and it was never addressed. Because I brought the home it was going to be taken care of. The manager was out for a few weeks, she never communicated to the maintenance staff the concerns which needed to be addressed.

On 7/26/2022 there was a bad storm again, the rain was flooding the parking pad again. I recorded the rain to show them it was getting worst and worst. I was told the manager was still not back, but she would send her a message. On the morning of the 29th a contractor was clearing the overgrowth from around the parking pad to fix the flooding. this created a bigger mess on the parking pad, it did solve the flooding. I saw the maintenance working on two different occasions and asked if they knew when they would be cleaning the parking pad, they both said the problem is the manager keeps saying they will do things and forget to tell them. I said I don't know anything about that. This was supposed to be cleaned before I moved into the home. I've been asking for over a month for the mud to be cleaned away.

On 8/17/2022 the maintenance guy knocked on the door saying he was here to make a mess; he was here to finally power wash off the parking pad.

I said I would move both of my cars; I went inside to get the keys and came back out to move the cars. I saw the other guy connecting the hose to my water faucet. Shocked I said wait you can't use my water to clean this mud up, I pay for water, that is going to run my bill up. He said we need to use your water to get that cleaned. I said it was supposed to be cleaned before I moved in, it would have been on your bill and not mines. They unhooked it hose and left.

I came in the house and called the office and left a message because the phones are rarely answered. I didn't think I should have to pay that extra cost for the water bill so they could fix the issue. The manager Alexis returned my call and was very rude, saying they have been trying to work with me and it's been getting difficult. She told me the bill would be about $2. I informed her that I was working with them as well. It's difficult because you said one thing and I had to keep asking you about fixing the issues you said you would take care of since last month. She said she was not going to fix the issue because she was not adjusting the water bill for them power washing the parking pad. Hung the phone up on me.

I have videos and pictures on my phone of everything, can't add to this laptop. If you send me a link to add I can do so on my phone.

Desired outcome: The parking pad mud removed and not at the expense of me having to pay a higher water bill.
