Venus Mini Med Spa review: Botox 9

I went for micro needling and prepaid for 3 treatments. The first treatment was uneventful. The second treatment (with the unlicensed nurse) I had micro needling to my face, neck and chest area which I had not agreed to (only my face was authorized). I sustained burns to my neck and chest with large blistering to this area. I had to pay and obtain medical care by a dermatologist for treatment to my neck and chest. After two visits to the Dermatologist and treatment costing in excess of $400.00, I would not recommend this facility. Make sure you only go to licensed facilities with RN and/or Doctors who are Board Certified. This was a lesson well learned, a costly one but a lesson learned.
This facility is a shame. Please do not go!

I agree that people should start getting their money back. I had my lips done in December for the first time ever. they looks great while they were swollen and after 3wks it was completely gone. I had a friend that is a technician and I went to see her. when I told her I had my lips done as well as my laugh lines in December she kept asking me are you sure? she felt my lips and said there's nothing there? it should've lasted 6-9months. I was embarrassed and beyond pissed that it was a waste of money. Since I've never had a procedure like that done I didn't know what to expect. I do remember the technician telling me well it might last a month because it's your first time getting them do and it all depend on how your body absorbs the product..? total BS.. All of these locations should be shut down and stop scamming people

This business is without excuse. Injections are painful and no not work effectively. The owner is a rip off scammer.

I went into the Wellington office 1 month ago and had $1550.00 worth of
Radiesse and dysport! The injector Kathy who was Extremely aggrivated & condescending while I Was asking questions at my Free consultation ...How dare I ask Questions to someone who is going to put needles in my face and take $1550.00 of my money!
Anyway, she boasted about how she was the best. I explained to her that I had done this before and I was not pleased with the results she assured me it was because they didn't do enough! So she doubled everything! Looked great for 2 weeks then once the swelling went down it was all gone! Totally Gone! When I went back she told me I have no recourse on medical procedures they will not reinfect me and everyone's body is different so I'm out of luck! WHAT? I spent $1550.00 2weeks ago with no results and I have no recourse what kind of company is this ? So I called Sarasota and spoke with Bill the owner ! He is just as much of a jerk as Kathy! When I told how she treated me he said he didn't care she's a great technician ! WOW! What a D&@% ! I will report them to everyone I know! They not only Steel your money and produce no results they are rude to you on top of it! If there is no recourse how do I know your not putting water in my face and charging me $1550.00
This is criminal and a scam! STAY AWAY! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! I ALSO HAVE HEARD FROM 2 Of my customers that have gone there the same thing. How can we get our money back people! Lets start a class action law suit! What does it take?
