I created a Venmo account via their web site on March 25, 2022.

The verified my email account by sending me an email with a "verify" button. They verified my phone number by texting me a validation code that I entered on their web site. I added a bank account and they sent me an email saying that they have confirmed my back account. They sent me an email that stated I am ready to "send and receive money". On March 26 I received four payments for a total of $253. These payments were made via mobile phone, in person, with the senders scanning the QR code on my phone in the Venmo app. On April 4 I received an email stating that "Your Venmo account has been frozen due to recent activity that appears to be a violation of our User Agreement". They told me that I had to submit a copy of my driver's license to unfreeze the account.

Multiple times I have asked them what rule I violated (so that I don't violate it again) - also telling them multiple times that they have already verified my account. Their only responses are that I have to upload my driver's license - but without telling me what rule I violated, why they didn't ask for my driver's license before telling me I can send and receive money, or, that doing so will completely resolve whatever the issue is. I have had electronic communications with at least 5 people at Venmo, but, all refuse to answer my questions

Desired outcome: Answer: What UA rule was violated? How? When? If my driverslicense is required, why did you not ask for it during the initialverification process?
