I bought a season pass in the spring of 2021. When I went to use it the rules were changed. I'm 75 years old. I skied at Keystone on Feb 14. After making 2 runs, it started to snow. I got off the lift at the top, took off my skis and went to the Summit house. I was told that I could not enter unless I could show proof of vaccination. If those were the rules when I purchased my pass, I would never have made the purchase. I could not get warm, I could not use the restrooms and I could not get something to eat. I skied down in great discomfort and went home. The worst skiing experience of my life, and I have been skiing for 51 years. I was sold a season pass under false pretenses. I request a refund. You changed the rules after I had purchased the pass.

Desired outcome: I request a refund of my pass. And a refund of the $182 that I spent on a ticket for my wife, parking, locker rental and food that we had to eat in a driving storm.
