They send faxes to companies informing them that someone else is attempting to register the same business name. They fax has next to no information about anything, just to call them for help.

They have functioned in a totally professional manner with our company.
Their website homepage is clear and non-exploitative.
If anything changes, I will update this comment but to date, they seem 100% good.
