I bought a pack of USA Gold menthol for my boyfriend. He opened them or tried to, but he couldn't. He ended up taking a sharp knife to cut open the serrated parts that were never fuly done. Then, after ripping the cardboard, the cigarettes were upside down! Seriously?! What kind of company are you? Even the Indian Rez where we usually go, don't do that! Never again! Probably won't even hear back from your company!
My complaint is I have found a white hard piece of plastic in one of the cigarettes more then once I have been smoking somona red 100 since they started selling them now I'm thinking about changing cause I don't ever know what I'm smoking plus some cigarettes always smell like weed
My complaint is very simple.I picked up a cartoon of Sonoma Gold soft pack a few days ago and every cigarette I've smoked out of it has had tooth pick sized stems in them and less than half the tobacco they should have in them.If this is your idea of making a product, I'll take my money else where.I have never seen such a poor case of being as cheap as possible.So just to let you know if you don't make this right I'll never buy your products again and I'll be telling everyone that I know that smokes how worthless you and your products are!
